Excellent support and a smooth experience!
I had an issue with my Shopify store where customized products (with different images) were being merged in the cart. The team quickly understood the problem and fixed it by properly implementing line item properties and adjusting the theme.
Everything is now working perfectly — each custom product appears separately in the cart, and the whole process feels seamless.
Fast response, professional work, and great communication. Highly recommended!

Overall, the support answers really fast.
If there are any questions they are available - of course mind that they have a diffrent time zone - and giving their best. They try to understand your issues with their whole heart. What I don't like though, is that some of people from the support are giving sluggish feedback. In order to get the full support and instructions I really need to ask a few more times until I get the right answer that I want (or that helps me with my issue.) But overall very nice service, very helpful!

Ich nutze Teeinblue jetzt schon eine Weile und bin echt zufrieden. Vor allem der Support ist richtig stark – super schnell, mega hilfsbereit und immer kompetent. Mir wurde bisher jedes Mal direkt weitergeholfen, ohne großes Hin und Her.

Auch die Plattform selbst ist gut aufgebaut und einfach zu bedienen. Man findet sich schnell zurecht und kann direkt loslegen, ohne sich ewig einarbeiten zu müssen.
