The customer support is outstanding: You have a problem -> you write an email -> You get the answer. Usually within less than 30 minutes (during the teeinblue working schedule).

Teeinblue.com is an awesome company, which, if you're looking for a company with excellent versatility, this is it. If you're looking to provide your customer with a feeling that puts them in the Designers driver seat. This App is for you. Myself I shopped around looking for an App which would fit my specific needs and enhance my company in the market. I tried several for my Shopify store but none fit the bill. Then I found this App. WOW!

Not only does this App provide my customers with choices of how they want their item to look, but it also allows them to add an even more personal touch. I provides the ability to personalize to a specific person in their life. I use this feature extensively in one of my Garment designs. Their product is spot on and the support is outstanding.

I tell you, this is my new favorite App.

I have been using Teeinblue for almost one year and i can't say enough good things.
My Key Wins:
1) app is solid
2) easy to set up (once you learn the flow which is not difficult, but has specific steps you need to follow)
3) The print sizes are spot on ( these are what you download after the customer placed an order)
4) The integration with Shopify is great. The app uses your product page, therefore the integration is flawless

My experience with the Teeinblue app has been very positive, especially because of Alina’s support. She was extremely patient and attentive throughout the entire process. She helped me overcome several configuration difficulties, explaining each step clearly and with great availability.

The app itself is very comprehensive and, for that reason, requires some time to get used to. It is a complex tool, but I believe that with practice and training it’s possible to take full advantage of everything it offers.

Without a doubt, 5 stars — both for the quality of the app and for Alina’s exceptional support.

I’ve tried several customizer apps, but Teeinblue is hands down the best for Shopify. There is a slight learning curve because the app is so powerful, but the support team is world-class. Every time I’ve had a question, they’ve responded quickly with clear, helpful instructions. The automation for generating print-ready files saves me hours of manual work every week. Highly recommend!

Teeinblue offers a wide range of features, so at first it felt a bit difficult to get started due to how comprehensive the system is. However, after making good use of their customer support, I found that every support representative was extremely thorough and helpful in resolving issues. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a platform for customized products. (Now I’m going to continue exploring other system services as well.)
