Battery great, took longer than advised to repair and also pretty expensive compared to what I thought
Cheaper than having to buy a new bike though
Hopefully it’ll keep working for a few years

Great knowledge and honesty and helped me out of a difficult spot with a brand new electric Coopop scooter when the supplier didn’t want to know when battery didn’t work.

The battery on my wife’s Pendleton e-bike was not charging. I could not find a replacement as the bike was pre-2018.
The whole process with Tech-Nic was very straightforward. Having posted the battery to them I was contacted promptly and given a very fair estimate for repair. ( John even telephoned on Bank Holiday Monday to advise me exactly what was required and the total cost, including return postage).
Very pleased with the service I received and I can highly recommend others to use Tech-Nic.

Great service and a very first class job repairing my ebike battery. The bike is now working and I am very happy. No doubt I will recommend Tech-Nic to anyone who is looking to have their ebke battery repaired.

The only thing I would suggest that they Lusse more regarding when it was ready and when it left their premises apart from that good service

Recommended by our local bike shop over 100 miles from tech-nic. Really good comms and repair was half the price of a new battery. Very good service. Give them a try if u have a battery issue.

The repair service to my li-ion battery was absolutely fantastic! From my first enquiry, the labels for my package, to the very quick repair and return. I called Tec-Nic a couple of times with questions, all of which were answered immediately and professionally. First class, and based on my experience I would very highly recommend.

Tried to replace my wife E-bike battery as hers had stopped working and charging twice I brought one, one off Amazon and one off E-Bay both didn't work with her bike or even my bike as we both have the same model, After returning both to the sellers I noticed.on E-Bay this company Tech-nic repair e-bike batteries so I thought why not give them a try. I sent them a message to see if they could help and after sending photos they replied they do repair these type of batteries so I paid the fee for diagnosis of my battery two days later DHL picked up my battery and charger. Any way we went holiday to a family wedding in Jamaica I was so surprised to receive a phone a phone call from John who works for Tech-nic telling me they could fix the battery great the price £150 plus postage back well I was so surprised as that's less than the price I paid for new ones that didn't work. So when I got back I paid the invoice and sure enough three days later my battery was returned in full working order. Fabulous job John at Tech-nic I do fully recommend this company if you have battery issues A professional and courteous customer service well worth it.
