Extremely helpful
Extremely helpful, they were concerned with offering me choices for options at different price points. The entire process was smooth and worked (once I figured out why my email was misbehaving).
Now I have a working Travelscoot once again for just over half the price of a new original battery.

E-bike battery overhaul
When I bought the e-bike the previous owner said it only had a range of a couple of miles so I sent the battery to Tech-nic at Bristol. They quickly assessed that the cells were ok but required balancing which they did, tested and returned in just a few days. I’ve ridden now for 30 miles and the battery still shows half charge so I can thoroughly recommend this company for great service, quick turnaround and reasonable cost.

Was able to rebuild my battery from…
Was able to rebuild my battery from just a shell and turned it around withing the agreed time. Battery has performed as new and I am very happy with the service a quality of the work.

Tech-Nic saved our e-bike
Tech-Nic saved our e-bike from being scrapped. Battery fixed with some new cells and now back on the road and working again.

Fairly happy
Fairly happy. Great service, very thourough and trustworthy but only £100 cheaper than buying a new battery. Battery was in pretty good shape and only needed minor work so I'm not sure it would be worth it with a significantly degraded battery. Thank you though.
