The app is great but can still be improved. I have been using the app for 2 years now and for the most part it works well. It is nice to be able to coordinate with team members on things and communicate to everyone. One issue we have found is the app doesn't support email attachments. If you send an email with an attachment through the app you cannot use the app to view the attachment. Also checking player availability is clunky.

Ive expressed my opinion of the app - both mobile and desktop versions - and the benefits and shortcomings.
Hopefully in future updates, the strengths stay strengths and the weaknesses get resolved and improved upon.

Great tool for my teams. I use with all my club teams. Very easy to navigate and add events and practices to schedule. Highly recommend this app!

Honestly one of the best apps I’ve ever used for any sport. As a coach, player or running an organization.

Very useful, only at times it freezes

There would be a few small adjustments that would be helpful to add that would make it perfect. Otherwise, this has been a WONDERFUL communication tool for my team.

Mobile use not mobile friendly should be able to send photos and videos easily as well should work from any device despite browser as a tool it’s good but need to get up there through social intelligence and communication sharing

I have been recommending teamsnap to everyone in my CYO league. Teamsnap Hs thought of everything.

Easy to use and navigate, simple interface and does what we need it to do.
Been using as a parent and Coach for several years for different sports and it is a great communication tool.

Love most aspects.
One change I’d like to see is some sort of indicator number on the icon if I have a message from a parent or something.

Feels like ghost messages then you cannot find where it went.

The site works well for the most part, but I find event management (games, practices, etc) is cumbersome. Also, when you are part of multiple teams it can be confusing at times.

I always recommend TeamSnap to other teams and clubs. Makes my life and the lives of my players much easier.

I couldn't survive all of our activities without TeamSnap. Immediate updates right on my phone. No watching for emails.

I wouldn’t give it 5 stars for a number of reasons.
(1) no live person to ask questions or get technical support from. I’m a top level paying customer. I don’t use the app for free. Their live chat feature is unresponsive. Not waiting for an answer in an email to be received a day later. I have used it for 6 different high school teams.
(2) the constant checking of having to look to see if you’ve emailed the entire team when you only wanted to change a detail for a game or event. Happens way to often. It should just be shut off completely. If you wanted the team and players to know then you would manually choose to send it that way.
(3) can’t attach more than 1 item to an email.
