I would love to have live chat help in most cases, but the support team is responsive and gets back to me relatively quickly in most cases. However, when I'm in the middle of making changes and something breaks, even an hour delay is too long.

LeagueApps is a flexible and complex platform with lots of functionality that can get confusing. Having rapid access to qualified support is critical and my experience has been that support staff is great, but could be more accessible.

As the program director for a non-profit youth baseball organization hosting over 1,200 kids during our Spring season and another 600+ kids for our Fall Season, I have been through three different registration/program management systems during my tenure. I discovered LeagueApps in the winter of '25 and made the switch (again) in late Spring to get ready for our Travel tryouts and prepare for our Fall Rec program.

The support team at LeagueApps is by far the best I have ever worked with. I am getting ZERO compensation for this but it is definitely worth noting that each and every person I have worked with - some support tickets being complex and some being very simple - have been met with kindness and thorough support until the issue is resolved.

Albert went above and beyond. Gave us two options for how we needed to create something and provided step-by-step instructions. He even followed up and said to reach out if still needed help. And all questions answered the same day. LA customer service and support is fantastic every time!

Since day 1 of my experience with League Apps as the provider of our club's website and back end financials, has been nothing short of FANTASTIC. Over the years, anytime I have had a question, an issue, or was in need of help with technical support of our website, a league apps representative has always been there at the ready! They are timely in their responses, have fixed the issues we've had EVERY time, and then they even follow up with a note on how I can try to fix the issue myself next time! I have been contacted by other companies that want me to move my site over to their company, and my answer every time is NOT INTERESTED AT THIS TIME. That is because I have everything I need to run my program efficiently and without issue right here with LeagueApps!

The help desk responded quickly to my chat question over the weekend. I was able to quickly finish my project. Thanks so much!

We've been using League Apps for about a year now. Every time I need assistance - they are "Johnny-on-the-spot" with answers. All of their customer service reps are knowledgeable, professional, friendly and FAST!

We are incredibly happy with the websites that Louis designed for our four companies. The modern and clean designs do a great job of portraying our brands and make the experience incredibly user-friendly. When we reached out for help, Iris responded very quickly to our request. Iris sought to truly understand the root cause of the issue and provided a thorough explanation of why the issue was occurring and how to resolve it. The communication with the design team is excellent. We really appreciate everything Louis and Iris are doing for our companies!

Total waste of time spent 2 hours trying to buy access to the Leeds trinity game can't figure out how to do it the our league app and superleague + app needs a total revamp. Neither works well

I cannot log in to the app as it says I must be part of an active program. I am in fact a member in 3 teams that utilize LeagueApps for my children's cub sports teams.

I have spent over 24 hours with their customer/tech support and they have not been helpful. You cant speak to anyone on the phone for help and have to wait for email responses which are spaced out an hour at a time. They actually said you can log in on the website. However this is supposed to be an App it is in their name "LeagueApps". Frustrating product and even more frustrating customer support. Team Snap is 1000% better.
