It’s not very people friendly and the payment area is a no no.

Unless you are a tech savvy, this app is way to complicated for kids' sports. The average parent does not have the time or the desire to figure out TeamSnap. There is much room for user error. The best, most reliable way to inform parents about their children's sporting events is through regular email. I dread using this app.

Love using the app but my team and their organization will change to another team app after the changes are made to the way we pay dues. We like the way we do it currently and are not willing to change forms and have the fees added in because we are forced to use the new online payment method.

I see no problem with this company. I would invite anyone to join.

I have enjoyed using team Snap & their premium features to help build and grow our Santa Clara Lions Football Club over the past three years to 15+ competitive teams. Coaches love it too! It's a great way to communicate with players and parents.

TeamSnap is a great communication tool that I can use with my teams. I was greatly disappointed in the use of the tournament division and I have been frustrated that there is no personal service help where I can call someone with a problem I have.

TeamSnap has helped me be better organized and track everything I need for my two soccer teams I coach. From statistics, to schedules to pictures, everything in 1 spot where I can refer parents to. This saves me from answering multiple emails / texts / phone calls.

I sing the praises of TeamSnap to fellow coaches who still rely on emails and texts to communicate.

I love the alert function on game days when fields change or we need to adjust something on the fly.

I look forward to being a TeamSnap user as long as I coach.

I was frustrated originally when I needed to cancel a team's account two weeks after creating it. This team left our program and we paid the $99.99 premium annual plan rate. We were unable to utilize the account or get a refund. I had a similar issue with a team that already had an account without my knowledge. I had just created a duplicate account under the premium annual plan but was offered a refund or transfer of the premium plan to the original account. The responses have been consistently quick and customer service has been outstanding overall.

Still has a lot of glitches

Was looking at moving to a League platform, customer service was terrible, never got answers to my questions...trial period expired and still no answers...nothing but text messages from support asking when they could call.....and they never did....on to another product!

Very good at scheduling games, keeping rosters and communicating out to the team. Love the ability to subscribe to the calendar feeds through Outlook - this is absoultely fantastic and why I always use TeamSnap. Needs work on volunteer section - would be great to have something where you can select individual parents to volunteer for activities (as it is now it is only players)...something like an integration with SIgnup Genius. Also frustrating to track indivudal items - such as athletic physicals: parents should be able to mark whether they've submitted forms, etc.

TeanSnap is a good basic communication/organization tool for sports teams. TeamSnap is easy to use and allows participants to select how they would like to receive messages and reminders. I like that the athletes can link their parents to their profile to view the info they see. No more "I didn't get that."

TeamSnap has proven to be reliable and easy to use for our soccer club. The Company also is continually improving the product to make the user interface easier and by adding more usable features.

Best team managing app I've used. Easy to use and setup.

Love it. Woud be great if there was a facility reservation system for clubs
