Delayed shipping on an in stock order
The product that I ordered said that it was in stock when I made the purchase. It has been 5 business days now (7 days including the weekend) and it still hasn't shipped out. I called for additional details on a Thursday and they said that it would ship out either Friday or Monday. It is Tuesday now and my order still hasn't shipped out. I ordered brakes to get the truck on the road. I order a lot of items online, I can't recall a business ever taking over 5 business days to get an in stock order shipped.

6+ weeks for shipping!?
Before you place an order all you'll see is free shipping across Canada. Then after you submit your order/payment youll find out its 6+ weeks away. 30 days since I placed my order and still haven't received any shipping notification. Just a public generic response from some douche with an apology and we'd like to work you to improve blah blah blah.

Website experience was smooth and easy…
Website experience was smooth and easy to use, it deserves the 5 stars.
Giving this a 1 star rating due to my purchase of 3 items for my Honda's, 1 of which being brand new freshly off the factory floor, hence the priority of getting all items ASAP (ordered well ahead of pickup date).
The website said in stock and ready to ship. 2 of the items shipped and came in shortly after processing time (5 star).
The last and most important item in my order was followed up by a email saying that there is a 30-45 business day delay. The only option was to cancel the order or wait. I chose to wait but asked if anything can be done to compensate as it said available and ready on their website. I was told nothing can be done but a 10% off coupon for other items on their website that doesn't apply to me at this current time.
The 1 star rating is due to the website saying available and ready to ship when the product didn't exist on their shelves.
I'm disappointed that I now have to take possession of my new vehicle without this protection item, wait for their business day delays then potentially more as the current time of year will allow for potential bad weather delays.
