Dishonest - Buyer Beware
I had a poor experience. I called their sales team and confirmed they had the part "in stock" and I would receive it in "5-7 business days". After a couple days I followed up as it hadn't been shipped. After several back and forth emails they now told me it was special order from the supplier and it would be a month before it would be shipped. Immediately asked for a refund, which at least they processed quickly.
Like other reviews suggest, they don't actually stock anything and lie to you about availability to get you to make the purchase.
Just on the dishonesty alone, will never deal with them again.

Parts taking forever to ship
Parts were in stock after confirmation from agent and ordered 2 days later. 15 days later shipping is confirmed from EBC. Agent was very helpful and clear with communication. EBC less so. Disappointing it took 15 days to receive shipping confirmation with an unknown delivery timeframe.

Too bad there is no zero star
Too bad there is no zero star , ordered brake pads (in stock), on monday , tuesday get email they need to confirm with manuf. for fitment??? Whatever that means. Now wednesday no news , still not shipped , no response to emails??? Quoted from their site:Our customers pay no customs, duties, or brokerage fees, ensuring that they get the lowest prices anywhere (domestically or internationally, some exclusions apply). What's more, we have great customer service! Just check out our reviews.
Don t even know if they aknowledge my cancelling order.
