TDot Performance Anmeldelser

Ordered part (website stated in stock) beginning of September - supposed to receive within 2 weeks. It’s been a month of me chasing the company around and I still cannot be provided with even a tracking number. Staff apparently can’t contact anyone to get me a tracking number but had no problem taking my payment A MONTH AGO! WORST service EVER! I will note the customer service agent was polite.

Great to deal with for customer service and resolved my concern immediately. Highly recommend.

Emailed me to make sure I was ordering the correct part #, I assume this is their way to prevent having to take orders back, due to customers not checking part #'s.
I called in to customer service to verify my order is correct and it was shipped out later that day.

It was easy. Got my 5% off first order. Waiting to see how long delivery is.

I’m happy to that I was able to purchase ART Replica R1271701 - R127 17" Gloss Black wheels at the promo discount of-15%. Can’t wait to see how they look with my new Pirelli Ice Friction tires on my new black Subaru Crosstrek. Only issue was I had to beg for TDot Performance for them not honouring their original -12% promo offer and then only offering -5% and -10%..

I recently ordered a set of EBC Redstuff brake pads from TDot Performance. They arrived brand new and in excellent condition, shipped directly from EBC USA in Las Vegas.

The good: The price was excellent. The same parts from FCP Euro would have cost more than twice as much, plus taxes, currency exchange, and credit card fees.

The not-so-good: TDot Performance appears to use dropshipping rather than maintaining its own inventory. While there’s nothing wrong with this model, the ordering process lacks transparency. Even after payment and order confirmation, the order still needs to be manually processed with the supplier. There was little visibility into the process until the UPS shipping notification arrived.

Delivery took around 9–10 days, which is reasonable given the price.

A suggestion to the owner: Clearly communicating the fitment confirmation process, order processing steps, and realistic delivery estimates would significantly improve customer experience and satisfaction. When I called customer service, I was told delivery takes 2–4 business days from the order date. However, I later learned that this timeframe starts only after the supplier confirms the order, which in my case took almost a week. Since my brake pads were critically worn and I couldn’t use my car, I was in a rush and expected delivery within a week, especially after ordering on a Sunday. Instead, I received the parts after 9–10 days and had to call customer service several times to ensure the order had actually been placed with the supplier. These details should be clearly communicated on the website to avoid misleading expectations and help customers plan accordingly.

Overall: Great prices and authentic products, but the ordering process needs more transparency. A good option for buyers who prioritize savings over speed and visibility.

Liked the ordering process simple and easy. The difficult part was finding the product but with some pre search I was able to find the product. Really difficult part? Tyre rim search. There applying the filter for wheel size just caused a spinning wheel (no pun intended) and I didn’t get to put in the other criteria. Decided to bail out and order the mats which is what I really wanted

Too long to ship. If I knew it was going to be two weeks I would have ordered from a competitor.

Facile d acces au piece et bon prix mais j ai pas d idée quand et par qui ma commende va arriver

Easy to navigate through a ton of nice products. Including free shipping and competitive price overall, i would really recommend you to take a look there when shopping your car parts.

I was looking for Fox2.0 with a minimum of 2.5 inch travel for my leveling kit went to s lot of different places and could not find them either they were 1.5 or 4 inch and more so I goggled the shocks and wow T Dot had them in stock they were shipped next day
T Dot give a very good service and I had a issue with the transport and they fixed it right away

Pleasure doing business with them

Will not send it till I respond to them but I already answer but will not respond back

Disappointing Shopping Experience

First, the wheels I wanted to order were out of stock and discontinued. Three weeks later, they are still displayed on the website, even though I notified them about it.
The shopping experience is terrible. I already know exactly what rims I want and have all the specifications. I’m not a newbie who needs help figuring out fitment. But after I find the rims I want and try to add them to the cart, the site forces me through additional information and filters. These filters keep popping up, with no way to bypass them, making the whole process unnecessarily frustrating.
And the cherry on top? They keep sending me discount codes that don’t work.
After several weeks of trying to buy a set of rims from this company, I’m honestly amazed at how badly this business has managed to make something so simple so difficult.
I don’t care about their “dragons’ den” BS or whatever marketing story they want to push. I just want to buy a set of wheels. There’s a reason Amazon is making a killing, their shit just works.

Great prices and customer support!

Always have a great selection. And in particular, they were able to give me access to order a single wheel to replace one that CRACKED due to a road hazard. Other sites had the listing, but would say “Out of stock” and not allow the special order. The wheels are sold that way, a blank is custom drilled at the manufacturer for the bolt pattern. But if I can’t order it…
I’d get “notify me when back in stock”
That’s not how it works. TDOT understands that. Plus CANADIAN!!

Easy to navigate. Good pricing. I'll know more when they arrive.

Always a great experience with TDot. Lots of different items to choose from at great prices. Fast shipping. Love it. Keep it up TDot team!

Vraiment facile et lit plus complet

Sent me wrong parts. I order EBC Brakes from them, but they didn't sent me the right pads and rotor for the Front/Rear. Its been over a week since I filled the request on their website for a replacement but no one respond.

Your help line and ease of the purchase was great.
Thank you for your help.
