Customers ordering a particular product received notification of refunds. But refunds have not been actioned. The company has a discord group chat which blocked from and have received no reply from company and out of pocket! Avoid!

If I could I would leave 0 stars.
Happy to take my money months ago, cancel order 8 days before release and receive an email saying I’ll receive a refund for my £300 order, obviously not received so have had to go through my bank.
Avoid at all costs, I hope this company sinks as it’s just a scam.
Guy says it’s a hate campaign but it’s all just 100% honest feedback for a waste of space.

DON'T USE THIS SCAMMER, Orderd 5 boxs of 25th celebrations... They just scammed me and said they would give me a refund out of the blue without me even asking dint get my money or my items had to contact my bank and sort it out my self, waste of time effort and money! Avoid at All cost would give it a 0 if i could genuinely have no idea how the site is still running.

Pre-ordered £300 worth of Pokemon Celebration products. No surprise to see it cancelled but the scummy scammer will email you to say they will refund you but they won’t. They’re obviously hoping you don’t notice the money doesn’t go back into your account.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour, I wish I had read the reviews before buying. The bloke is saying there’s a vendetta against him lol. Their isn’t, the reviews are all justifiable correct. What a joke this company is, never again, AVOID!!!!

Like most other people on here had my celebrations orders cancelled last week give them 5 working days to get my money back in my bank account they have not bothered also ignoring my email asking about it if anyone sees this use magicmad house are chaos 2 outstanding companys for tcgs and to these scammers you will be hearing from my bank i will get my money back trust me on that !!!!!!

So its now 10 working days since i got the refund emails still no money has been returned to me i got my bank involved now there trying to recover my money and im thinking about taken them to court to i wont be letting this company away with what they are doing to people hurting the tcg that i love i will fight all the way avoid this company at all costs its just not worth all the hurt and drama it will cost you ive won my case and got my money back from my bank months after i bought from this thief company i hope they get prison time for what they have done justice will be done in the end dirty scammer thiefs.

Absolute dirt company. Pre-ordered Celebrations well in advance, it was cancelled with short notice. Got a refund notification and a week on it hasn’t showed up so have to get my bank involved. Avoid at all costs honestly, wish I could give 0 stars.

Scammer. If you order you will not receive your items and if they claim they sent a refund you’ll never see the money. Owner is known to scam people especially via Facebook. All social media has comments turned off so they don’t get any hate. Hope to see you in a court one day!

Would give 0 stars if I could, terrible company in all aspects, with none existent customer service, do yourself a favour and burn the money you'd spend here, you'd have more luck recovering it.

Current experience has improved greatly at the moment. I have had issues with the company in the past but have had my items recieved in good hands.

Recently made a trade deal which transitioned perfectly; generally couldn’t fault as tracking was provided to me straight away and communication was on point.

I’m knocking a star off as I do find that a majority of my transitions don’t seem to run smoothly, however they are slightly improving from my own experiences.

I preordered a pokemon celebrations ultra box months ago, to find an email in my inbox that the order has been refunded with no reason as to why, and i am still waiting for the refunded money to show up in my account, the ironic thing is i found these reviews and emailed them asking for any confirmation to put my mind at ease that the reviews where a vocal minority, and was told they order exclusively from pokemon so they have more stock than other sellers, AVOID AT ALL COSTS NOTHING THEY SELL WILL REACH YOU

Complete scam. Ordered months ago and still dealing with trying to get my money back. Sent around the houses saying the order wasn't through their company and their site isn't part of the same business.

Has 'last one left' for hard to find celebrations premium ETB that has been there for weeks, so seriously doubt anyone ordering will get this item.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this site, you will not get anything you pay for.

I bought 2 Celebrations ETBs and a mini tin, as stated in all previous reviews, all preorders were cancelled and supposedly going to be refunded. I received notification from the portal they use during transactions that I was refunded. My money is still nowhere to be seen. I will wait the 5 business days until Tuesday, and then, as others have said, will have to go to my bank and speak to the fraud team. Shocking service and no communication over the refunds. Seems like a scam to me. Avoid.

1 Celebration ultra premium and 1ETb pre order got cancelled, still waiting for my refund just like others..Tuesday is the deadline for your company. My order number is #4659 £207.40 GBP refund i am looking at. Please refund ASAP before it gets all messy. Thank you.

pre-ordered celebrations, got cancelled, said i would be refunded, haven't got refund, just like hundreds of others, this guy should be in prison, simple as, illegal activity just to get some pokemon cards, be a human being damo, you are useless

Guys it's been days now, like someone has said below if I don't get a refund by Monday/Tuesday I'm going to get in touch with my bank for Fraud, I'm not losing £150

Was sent a refund notification on the 29th of September for my order of £182.50 with no explanation of the refund sent to me, I emailed to get some answers the same day amd have still not received a reply so I had to do some digging and found out that they refunded everyones celebrations order because of the 'hate campaign' on trustpilot. However they are selling them on discord instead from which I have heard they are charging a premium for access after stating it is free to join on their website. I am still waiting to be refunded and if I don't receive it, I will be battling this company as it is just scamming customers.

I purchased the pokemon 25th anniversary £150 boxes (2 of them) as well as a few other smaller boxes in the set. I purchased these months before the release. They took my money happily and I was abit scared they were a scam site. I then ordered something they had in stock to check if they would send out the product. I did receive the galatians ponyta box. This made me feel happy enough to receive my pre-orderd 25ty anniversary set. The day on release I had emails stating I was being refunded. I was mortified as not only have they held onto my money for months, how was I supposed to order this set now!
What I believe this company has done was to take people's money and put in their own order. They have now kept the cards and because the value of these cards doubled in price the greedy b@$t*rds have kept them for themselves.
I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN NOR ANY SITE UNLESS ITS AN OFFICAL STORE!
PLEASE BE WARNED AND KEEP HOLD OF YOUR MONEY!
I AM STILL YET TO RECIEVE MY FULL REFUND OF OVER £340.
