Ordered merch have not heard nothing can’t seem to contact them don’t spend your money . Will have one very upset daughter at Xmas over £100 down nothing to show and this was all she asked for is this site even legitimate

Another customer waiting for merch and getting no response from customer service. Taylor swift considering your such a big name with plenty of money maybe some of it needs to be used to change your suppliers and give good customer support. Never known anything like it

I wouldn’t even give it 1. Ordered TS merch in Oct ,said release date 28th Nov but still not dispatched.Emailed but no reply just a bot asking if I still need reply to my Email. From the reviews they should not be allowed to trade.

My daughter ordered merch in May and August 2023. 7 months & 4 months later and still no merch. This is beyond unacceptable. Customer service asked if we wanted the merch or a refund. We requested a refund. Customer service sent back a reply that a label should be issued by the 15th of December. At this point, my daughter and I feel like we have been scammed! Taylor, please invest in a qualified business team to get these problems resolved and new systems implemented. It is such poor business to take customers’ money and not ship the goods in a timely manner. It is quite frankly embarrassing.

I usually don’t have bad experiences other then purchasing an item and then seeing the label created for days and when asked for an update it all of a sudden ships. I feel when you order an item and they confirm and then ship the label get created but they don’t have the product yet package and pick up. It like just automatically generates the label. Plus they also do not have on website any FAQ about shipping process, which they need. So technically that’s a strike 1.

Now my major issue: Ordered the Eras Tour Beige hoodie in XS, took about a month before got it. Once received product not up to quality, honestly I could make it on a circuit. Not worth what I spent, like graphic would be ruin in one wash. The hoodie is soft, also sizing way off. It saids XS and yes oversized, but it’s like XXXL oversized.
I went to website and read return policy, saids to email them, has to be in good condition, the usual and within 60 days of receiving purchase. Well I wrote them asking for label, cause they say they will email a label for free, but have to contact, and give order number. It took over week to reply and when they did, they ask me
To send photos of the product, so they can rush the return process. No where in return policy mentions I have to send them photos. But I did anyways, and advise them it doesn’t state this in their return policy. Anyways it’s been about two weeks no response, no updates from them, nothing. This is unacceptable customer service.

So I have filed with the BBB and my bank.

I wish the artist Taylor could see and know what’s going on. Maybe if the next fan meets her will advise. There has to be a way the Swifties can voice this up to her.

Honestly I be more then happy to help work for them, and get them on a right track, cause whoever running merch over there clearly doesn’t know how it works when coming to supply chain of orders entered, shipping and CS emails, and any return/exchange handling. Also need to fix quality of products. Anyways thanks for listening to this rant and just be aware if buy. Hoping I can get my money back soon.

Purchased early November for a late November shipping date. No updates without checking the site. Site extends the shipping date daily. Try to communicate, I ended up with the wrong companies customer service team. Lodging a claim for the waste of time and money.

Ordered a T-shirt (£37 🤦‍♀️) which was in stock at the time, now it seems they're not & they don't know when they'll get more, very slow at replying to emails, be aware, this company will gladly take your money for items they clearly dont even have, very disappointing - update; showing online as having a release date of 15th Dec, still heard nothing & no replies to emails 🙄 (23.01.2024) update - 10 wks after placing the order the t-shirt finally arrived today ! Word of warning - ordered a small as xs was out of stock & its massive, more like a size 16, not sure I have the energy to return it 😂

This company is appalling. Release dates are a sham. Just been informed no items are currently available. The website however is still continues to show items for sale. Email received last week informed me the company has no stock. They have no reliable information from their suppliers with regard to deliveries. Avoid.

I have three different orders pending since October/November…tracking just says “confirmed” and order is “unfulfilled” these are not pre order items and should ship quick! TS the fact that this is how you would allow a merch business to run is truly unacceptable. Will not be buying from here again until this is corrected! These are to be Christmas gifts!! Unacceptable!

No customer service, most items on a pre order that takes months if ever to arrive.

I ordered two tops in July and have only just received them. Took constant emails but I managed to get a partial refund so keep going to get that at least.

For an artist that says fans come first I’m shocked she allows her store to be run this way. It’s basically theft. They claim it’s not them as their get out clause every time you try to hold them accountable. My advice is to support a small business instead. Kelhamprint do lovely Taylor Swift jumpers!

I ordered a bunch of merch for Christmas from the Taylor Swift Official store, and because of one item, won’t get any of the items before Christmas. I realized within a few hours, tried to cancel/modify/separate the order, and the customer service and ability to do so is awful. No response. For someone so wealthy, get your customer service and official store in order. Very unhappy

Ordered 2 albums 8/17/2023 still have not received. They don’t respond to emails and won’t provide tracking numbers. It’s not shipped & they got a huge attitude with me after I filed a dispute with my credit card. Buyer beware for sure! Horrible customer service.

Order two hoodies and paid for them in early July 23. Release date was august. Finally managed to contact them. They said new release date November 17. Still no word. No email no contact. Have stupidly ordered more goods release date December. What’s the chances of getting this before next year. I believe the whole site is a scam. They take your money and can earn interest on it. Goods are ever dispatched on time, literally takes months. . Not easy to contact them . The only smooth process is them taking your money. I wonder how we can complain and get this whole company really inspected. Think how much money they get in interest from thousands of dissatisfied customers. They don’t care. They’ll make money regardless. It’s a joke.

I would give zero stars if I could . Ordered a hoodie for my daughters birthday in August and received confirmation of order . Its now Dec ! Nothing has arrived we've had no updates or contact whatsoever despite emailing the UK store several times . Daylight Robbery !

Taylor Slow lives up to her reputation as being dilatory, uncommunicative and generally unhelpful throughout the simplest of property transactions.

I can recommend Enact instead.

I received a full refund through a charge back with my bank.

Awful.
I ordered an XL There will be no explanation Hoodie.
Next day I received a small Eras tour tshirt.
Someone is having a laugh and just packing up any old tatt.
There is absolutely no way to speak to anyone for help.
I raised an issue but haven’t heard a peep . That’s 5 days later. Absolutely unacceptable.
Company flaunts the distance selling laws with abandon.
Have raised a chargeback with my bank.
Wish I had looked at these reviews before buying.
Please do not spend money here.

I’m not sure if the email queries are monitored by bots or just inattentive staff? I submitted a query regarding sizing on a clothing item, and they responded with the shipping date. Not what I asked at all but thanks anyway

As the title says, i’m still waiting for an order since July. The last update was 27th of October. The update stopped and still not received anything.

It’s on stock so I don’t know why it’s taking so long. Order it on the UK official website to ship it to the Netherlands.

Still want to receive my merchandise because I still love her music and her as artist.

But giving it 1 star because: no update at all anymore, nothing received while it’s on stock and already paid for it. If I receive it I will give it more stars. Until then.

Emailed Universal, and now ready for shipping. To be continued.

I would give zero stars if I could. Don't waste your time or money. Purchased an item in August for a birthday present for my granddaughter. I never received it. I emailed the company since they don't have a phone number and was sent a tracking number that still states as of today, November 11, 2023, that a label was made on October 26, 2023, but that USPS is STILL waiting on the item. Informed in two different emails, for me to wait for another week to update the tracking. I refused and made a formal complaint with my Visa and a chargeback for the full amount. This is a horrible company online that is stealing people's money and then not sending out what they have paid for. Shameful!

Her music sucks it is no good I hate Taylor swift so much she can Rott in hell
