Wrong size delivered, no answer to various emails, no obvious way to return/ exchange, pathetic.
I doubt if TS even knows about this so called UK store.

If Taylor knew that her official store was selling things that they didn’t have, she would be upset. Honestly, I spent hard earned money in early October for Christmas presents for my 15 year old who has been a fan since she was 2. I just received an email that the items were not available and no time frame on when they will be. They will not ship the items that are available. Why are they selling items not available? False advertising. I paid through PayPal and am filing a complaint. If the items are not ready to be shipped they should not be sold. I’m heartbroken

I contacted Sam from Taylor Swift on line store and he’s not giving me an answer about my order and I already ordered it and it still hasn’t come and I don’t know what to do can somebody help me please.

Just like one of the people that review before, the albums I bought never arrived. I emailed them and they told me they can't do anything since according to their record it was shipped on January 15th. On January 15th, I received an email stating that my items are being process and they would notify me when it was shipped. I did not receive any email about my items since and when I checked the tracking, last update was June 2021 where it stated that the items are finally ready to be export.. and yet still not being ship up to now 😢 I waited for close to a year now and I informed them all of this and even send screenshots for proof, and they just reply that they can't help me at all 😢 how do I even email them 60 day after shipping if I don't even get any notification it was ever being shipped 😢

I ordered an item in November and was charged for it. They waited to ship it with a pre order vinyl to be shipped the end of May. A label was created with UPS but they have no record of the shipment ever being received. I believe they sold my item to someone else instead of saving it to be shipped with my order in May. I did receive a refund, BUT I’m very unhappy they no longer sell the item I’ve been waiting on since November! And that they lied and said it was lost in transit when they never even gave it to UPS to begin with. I’m done buying from this store after this experience. I only gave them a 2 bc they refunded me. But honestly I expected more for their mistake they wouldn’t own up to.

I wish I could give it less than 1 star. I ordered the Evermore long sleeve, when it first came out back in December. I waited 2 months for it to arrive, and when it did arrive there were small holes around the seams in the sleeves near the wrist. When I first wore it, it stained my skin green and I couldn't get the stain off for days. When I washed it I first put it in the sink to hand wash it and attempt to get all of the excess green dye out. I looked up a bunch of different ways to do so, and I tried almost all of them. I then let it air dry. After drying I stuck it in the washing machine and washed it on cold, and it still stained my machine green. I waited until a couple days ago to wear it again, because I was afraid it would do the same thing. Let me tell you, I look like the grinch that stole Christmas, and it appears that more and more of the stitching is coming undone. AFTER WEARING TWICE. I am just very disappointed in the quality of the merch.

After having to wait over 10 weeks for item to arrive and spending a lot of money on hoodie my daughter was very excited to receive this. Due to current pandemic I washed the hoodie on a 30 degree wash only to find my washing machine stained green!! The top is leaving green dye all over my hand when I touch it. Not impressed. All that money for a top that essentially will leave you looking like the Incredible Hulk!! The ring did the same to her finger- cheap badly made crap. Save your money and order a lookalike from Etsy, guarantee quality will be better. SHAME ON YOU UNIVERSAL.

I ordered $100 worth of merch in July and the release date was pushed twice since then. I’ve been understanding and patient but I mooved to another town in September and notified the online store as soon as I mooved so they could ship my package at the right address. Guess what? They didn’t. As soon as the sent the delivery notice in January I emailed them again to change the address and they did nothing. Now my package is in the hands of the new tenant that I don’t know or have contact with, and even then, I can’t travel because of COVID. The store haven’t answered my emails since January 7th.

Disappointed is an understatement! I ordered multiple items from Taylor Swift official site on July 24th for a birthday/Christmas gift for my sister. It is now November 19, and I just cancelled my entire purchase. Apparently my order couldn’t be shipped due to a sweater that was on back order. When I asked if they could ship the remaining $120 worth of items because I needed them for her birthday present the support team stated that because I didn’t select a box at checkout saying I wanted the items shipped when they became available (I was never prompted to do that) I would have to wait, or they said I could cancel my order and try to reorder the other items if they were available. They aren’t available of course. To top it off, Now costumer service says that I received a digital album that is non refundable, but when I emailed them saying that I never received it In an email or anything and asked how to obtain them, they ignored it and said “Under no circumstances will the portion of your order that contains digital music be refundable. We are sorry for any inconvenience!“ this must be a joke! It’s sad when customers are simply trying to support an artist and give gifts to others but we never received them and are forced to cancel. Horrible customer service

Tay’s merch is always amazing, but I’m in love the vibe of the Folklore merch! I got the pop socket and it works perfectly. Not cheap at all and super easy to charge my phone wirelessly.

Even though the shipping to Europe is extremely slow, The Taylor Nation crew were good at giving info about my items. It arrived as it should 2 months later as expected
