Did very good on getting me applicated. Very fast service.

AVOID! AVOID! App is slow and clunky for carers. Carers also have serious problems being paid by head office. I am chasing payment for jobs which ended early November 2024 and nothing is coming to fruition. Carers are the ones doing the work and propping up the platform and the brands reputation. By denying our payments you are undermining trust and this will bring the brand down. Without your self employed carers you will not grow as there will be no one to provide care to clients. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Somehow Tailster has good a few good reviews put up recently probably by people they know to get back their reputation & try & con more people into using this site no doubt! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! If you read down there are loads of bad reviews saying they steal money from their pet sitters which is what happened to me and many others

I recently joined Tailster and I was assisted with the joining formalities by Siobhan which made my experience more pleasant with his prompt and attentive replies.
I am glad I become a part of this big and happy pet community and look forward to help pet owners with their requests.

Thought I’d ignore the bad reviews and give this site a go . It’s a complete scam , first of all they take 30% commission and if you want it lowered you have to pay a premium fee . Second of all they hold your payments from you for months and ignore your emails. I’ve sent tens of emails asking for my money especially when I’ve paid for a premium service which says your guaranteed your money in 7 days . I’ve been waiting nearly two months for a payment now and every-time I email they say they’ll look into it and they never do . It’s just not worth the hassle . It’s such a shame they treat their customers like this
