Entainment, a branch of offshore betting giants Ladbrokes, have hijacked New Zealand punters with a website, operational from May 1 2024, that is inferior by some margin to the one it replaced. Punters are unbable to place an all-up win or place bet on any race meeting, a popular form of betting for decades. This is nothing but a disgrace! Navigating this website when placing multiple bets now requires more key strokes and in this age of technological advances that is a sin. This company has a monopoly in the market and punters are at mercy of this nonsense.

Honestly in NZ punters use to seeing race results posted with dividends and final placings on the TV screen .This is now non existent .A lot of punters don't enjoy the present presentation.

Placed a $1 bet on Corey Oates to score 9th try @226 (no option for 8th) intending for this to be the next try-scorer. Oates then scores the next try to my jubilation. TAB initially say there was an mis-displaying of the 8th try-scorer market (take liability). Later called to be told "8th tryscorer market was open 40 seconds before bet was placed". Seems a very underhand and deceitful tactic from the bookies here. Not even a free bet nor payout. Disappointing, TAB now deleted and money withdrawn.

The only contact is through the helpdesk and they do not even reply. Dividends are always way lower than competing companies, streaming is pathetic and the company is a disgrace. Can’t wait until it is taken over and the staff sent on their way.

About 5 out of 10 times the app will not be able to play trackside 2. Also when you look at your placed bets sometimes it will show you all your 10 bets, because that's what the tab say, and if you need to check more bets that you have added, you can go to your betting history, but good luck with that because my betting history only shows my 10bets not the rest as I have looked for my 20 or so bet and the app was totally useless,, you are better off going to the tab counter and actually having the tickets in front of you, this new entity that just brought out nz tab, better up their game because there is other betting apps like bet365, Ladbrokes etc. Hope you find this helpful as all it has caused me is stress.

Absolute crap when their website crashes for hours before they even front up to there being a problem at their end. This is after major issues with bonus bets not being received only last weekend. I have a share in a horse racing tomorrow and can't even place a bet on it. After the latest outage, which has now been ongoing for over 5 hours, I have created an account with an overseas provider. Hopefully overseas agencies provide better customer service, it wouldn't be hard :(

I have noticed a real improvement in the service and product offering from the NZ TAB in the past 6-12 months. Hope to see it continue to improve and more Kiwis getting behind a NZ Agency!

A massive improvement on years past. It has a much better website and app than I remember, and its good knowing if I have any issues I can visit a TAB store or call their NZ based customer service.

Absolutely disgusted. Have been trying to get through on phone as locked out of my account. Tried to redo online they have never sent through email to reset.
Have lost money because of this as couldn't get better on.

Terrible terrible betting agency. You will be disgusted how bad of a website the nz site is to bet on. they updated it recently to something even worse than it was somehow. These guys have no idea at all about user friendly interface and have no idea aussie agencies are light years ahead of them. an honest disgrace to nz and the betting world. Bets are so slow to payout, odds worst in the world, totes completely unreliable yet they update by the cents and payout differences by the doller. Company needs to be investigated. streams are a laggy mess so unreliable is the main standard, machines are absolutely terrible slow dont even accept 50doller notes. IMO one of the worst bnesses in NZ and a disgrace to betting industry.. just take a big miss and go to bet 365 or something that actually works

very slow to pay bets. betting close times way way waay out of sinc.. sucks betting on this site and their stupid laggy machines. used many different sites over years and betting on nz tab is a nightmare. tabtouch West Australia was much better way. tab nz machines are so dam unreliable. its 2020 tab nz get with the times or stand down and let someone else do the basics. disgraceful business tab nz sucks

Lost all my money but atleast they gave me a free $20 to lose aswell 👍
