Be careful with sports bets here ; not only odds less than elsewhere, but any excuse in the fine print used to avoid a payout! On a multi all stats showed my team had 7 corners ( a winning bet ) but apparently ??? one wasn't taken 🤷‍♂️

Utterly disgusting they are scammers they will reject your withdrawals for no reason

The ceo shoud be sacked immediately caused so much frustration today as I could not place my bets and missed lot of winners and suffered huge losses

Been a member for many years but this new app is rubbish and who ever set it up should be ashamed. Have had so many problems with it that I looking at other gambling options. Don't download TAB NZ..

It's kind of very unfair with customers ,keep suspended keep suspended and when odd go up more than $4 always bet has been decline I don't know why it's happen in all cricket matches for an example right now USA cricket league match is going on in 2nd inning after 2nd over Tab stop providing any options they suspended match . Do something with this that's very bad.

I wish there was an option for zero stars , the live bets offs are always accepted without approval if it’s in the bookies favour not too mention the potential winning would be a lot less than the displayed odds which is pretty much criminal lol

After being sold offshore the new website is rubbish .
Withdrawing $ means you have to ring up to confirm with up to a 5 day wait .
Total crap .This could be illegal,withholding $.
As soon as my $ is released, closing the account and open one in the States with bonuses .

The new tab website/app is the worst betting website I've ever used in my life. Very slow response, hard to see, no early payout, no cash out during the games or after, bad odds. I was hoping new one is better than old one so, I used a week and I will not go back to TAB again, old one was way way better. Whoever made this website, the team must be fresh graduate from school. They don't have any idea what customers need.

This is a terrible website that is difficult to navigate and really slow. No multi bets on horse racing, ie, patents, lucky 15s etc. It looks to have gone backwards compared to other sports bet sites. Really a poor effort and not really acceptable.
Not sure the reasoning for the change in the website but this is like betting in the dark ages. Obviously no consideration of the users and looks like its just an exercise in getting more profit for no input. Absolute rubbish site.

The new nz tab website awful to use . There was nothing wrong with the old layout. The layout they have come up with has been poorly thought out. The colours and font choices are terrible

A vast step backwards for the TAB and the NZ Punter. Not a pleasure to try to use. Whoever approved the new system should get out and bring in people with more brains. However I suppose NZ is with this for a long time so that's the end of racing for me for the rest of my life.

One can no longer withdraw the account balance without having spent it all on bets even when the funds originated from a bank account (vs credit card). New TAB app is useless to say the least. Farewell, TAB!

Since last Thursday (8 days ago) when I first went to use the new website (Using laptop or PS4 means no APP and prefer the bigger image), I have gone to place 6 multis. Know what I am picking. Busy. Cannot have time wasted. All rugby or league stuff. Should take maybe 20 minutes all up during break.
Has taken: 8 days / 44 hours so far and it is now Friday, the day of games all starting.
Even made me ill and forced off work with stress and migraines. Must travel to see if library internet can make TAB remotely work.
Constant lag and unresponsive page messages (over 400 on day 1), so must wait or lose betslip progress, then betslip wipes or crashes after hours, must start again. Rinse and repeat.
I am owed, at minimum wage measurement alone, a thousand dollars. Time is money.. but so is sports gambling for me. Cannot put live bet in any multi either obviously. Forcing bad bets. IF can even get a single one on.
Speaking to lawyers. Should not need fibre connection. Is also therefore an assault on NZ and the poor. Might end the company entirely by cancelling it online and through media as well as suing for damages and lost income, unless immediate revamp and servers tripled etc etc. And by, like, yesterday. Last warning. Customer abuse. Totally intolerable.
New options, SGM in multi etc all GREAT additions and overdue and I'll be finally rich, but for the FACT that I cannot place - let alone compile - bets!! !!?? Stress, tears...
The TAB website was always smooth and fast and background more logical etc. Now it has ground to a near halt, is unusable and utterly broken. Every hour of every day I will attempt my bets and tally and document my hours and lost winnings. Suable for two hundred k already TAB... and counting. Day 9 already underway. Will edit video footage summation of misery until stops or succumb.
I requested action and reparations through website and gave account details days ago but have received hitherto not one single cent in bonus cash. Hideous abusiveness. Crestfallen.

TAB Has gotten back to me regarding a bet I placed, completely reasonable with their decision. Although I am not happy, I understand there reasoning at least.

this site is impossible to get around , Entain stop ramming crap down our throats and give us something we can actually work with or better still pack up and go home which wont be far away because you will go broke in NZ

Never have I experienced such a terrible new app why did they not leave it alone fine how it was....that's me I'm had enough and closing my account and I assume someone got paid to change this app....what a joke

Main problem is trying to get into the app since it has been updated. Most times I go through the website. Not liking the new version, lot harder to follow. I guess in time I will get used to it.

I’m sorry but I hate the new TAB look and probably won’t use the new website the colours are bland which means when I what to place a bet I can’t do it effectively the bold colours of the old site Meant I could see specific things and go straight there now I just don’t like it you have now lost a customer that use to bet constantly
