Engineer arrived for boiler service on time (first appointment of the day!). My mistake, as engineer was in a hire van, I thought he was a plasterer (who was also expected at that time) - maybe he should have announced himself? Apparently no problems, work was done cleanly and everything was left as previously set up. Synergi installed the boiler and system 2 years ago; this is the 2nd service - very happy so far. Thank you.

Friendly, courteous and efficient service. It was the first time I'd used this company, and the information given over the phone when booking the appointment was clear and concise. The boiler engineer arrived on time and swiftly carried out the necessary work. I consider that Synergi SW Ltd has treated me very fairly.

My goodness this is a long saga so will be brief. Boiler installed Sept 24. This was to service 15 rads and 2 x towel rails.

Day after the install we had a gas leak. It appears that the installer failed to make a gas joint correctly. In fairness they quickly came back to rectify. This was just the start.

During that check they also condemned part of the install and arranged corrective work. The system continually failed to heat the house properly and many, many, many visits by their engineers took place.

It got to the point where they just did not know what the issue was apart from sludge within the system that should have been cleared as per the quote and wasnt. After clearing boiler still wasn’t up to the job

After having second and third opinions on the install we have come to the conclusion that the 18kw they specified is simply not large enough (it replaced a 30kw) and so is not fit for purpose. It should have been a 24kw
I have emailed them to see what they intend to do and will report back on here.
I do not expect a positive response so with then have no choice but to escalate through Utilities ADR
I cannot in any way recommend this company as did not see any evidence of anyone having the skills and experience to rectify problems should they arise.

UPDATE
So 1 week and no response from anyone at Synergi. Trading standards will be my next contact. I will update

UPDATE 15 DEC
SO still no direct contact from the company although they did complain to trustpilot accusing me defamatory content. Trustpilot have reviewed my review and have determined that it is NOT defametory at all. I continue to await a solution and will give until end of Dec 25. Trading standards will be then my only option. Will keep you all informed

This was the first time that we have used Synergi and were really pleased with the service provided. Our air source heat pump was providing hot water, but no heating. My phone call was answered quickly and dealt with very professionally and efficiently and I felt reassured from the start. An engineer was in the local area and arrived within a couple of hours. He quickly identified the problem and fixed it, explaining what he was doing as he went along. It was very helpful to talk about the heat pump with someone so knowledgeable. We were delighted to have everything resolved so quickly and will be asking the company to service our system from now on.
