Boiler Team Anmeldelser

Jack and Gavin came and fitted my new boiler last week. They were very helpful and answered all my questions . Jack did a lovely job of also fitting two new radiators in my lounge. He was very efficient.. respectful and a pleasure to have around. Gavin drew the short straw and had to contend with the mud around where the boiler was to be installed. He did this without complaint. Paul was incredibly helpful and I would highly recommend this company.

Great customer experience.

Spoke with a gentlemen named Paul who set up my boiler replacement, really genuine guy. Work was carried out by Matt, who was brilliant and fitted my new boiler with no probs!

Misses is happy we have hot water again, cheers fellas.

Nathan arrived on time with John (?)….they didn’t take long to dismantle the old boiler ….and of course replace it with a new one! I found Nathan to be very approachable…kind and efficient…..he was in and out of the house and I felt completely safe at all times ( living on my own). The boiler works brilliantly and the old one collected within a few days. I have no hesitation at all in recommending this company….a job well done so thank you very much !

A great company to do business with, we needed a new boiler fitted and spoke to Paul who was brilliant, he advised us about the boiler and arranged the delivery and fitting. The engineer who came was equally good, he was competent and quick and we were very pleased. Hopefully we don't need another boiler for a few years but that will be the company I go to. Definitely recommend.

OK so leaking flue from inherited aging boiler hidden behind fitted furniture. Tried to go local (Cornwall.) Husband could not understand the quotes knowing how much the actual boiler was...he surfed. Got in touch with this company. Good reviews...shows how helpful these are. Had video call and problem and solution discussed. Well...less than a week later job done!! Two gents csme from Wales - Gavin and Jack. OMG a delight. A neat job which required some hefty drilling for new flue. Slate detail beautifull replaced over site of original flue. Could not be happier. Well done and Thank you so much Gavin and Jack.

From quote to installation everyone we came into contact with was helpful and friendly. No hidden extras within the initial quote which was very competitive for our new boiler. The install team turned up early and worked hard to get us up and running with our new boiler. The aftercare service from Paul was fantastic! We had a very minor issue but was rectified quickly and efficiently even over a busy bank holiday weekend. Its very rare to get such great help and support so quickly and we really did appreciate it. Would highly recommend these guys.

Just had an upgrade install. The team were awesome, very professional, polite, courteous and worked clean as you go and left the property as though they hadn’t attended. Combi and radiators as recommended by Paul and his communication first class. Everything and extremely highly satisfied customer

They have charged us as quoted without any hidden cost. The price is also very competitive. Paul has responded to us immediately and professionally based on our requirements. Our tenant had been suffering for a few days without any heat and hot water and Boiler Team had responded to us precisely. The installation was done properly by Jack and Gavin. It was efficient, neat and tidy. Thanks to their hard work!

Moved house just before Christmas and found out the boiler had a number of issues, including a leaking condensate pipe. After our insurance company let us down. Deceived a new boiler would be the best option. Searched online and came across the Boiler Team. Simply filled in the form for the quote and within an hour Paul contacted us. Now I know he’s selling a product but Paul was amazing, listened to me moan about the boiler we had inherited and all the issues we had, he even stated it would probably be better to fix. However we wanted a new boiler, 3 days later our new boiler was fitted at a very competitive price. We couldn't fault the service or the team Dominic, Josh and McKenzie were amazing, gave great advice and left our home clean and tidy. They made the whole thing stress free and easy and for the first time the whole family feel lovely and warm in our new home. I wish all companies were as good as these. I would Definitely recommend the Boiler Team to anyone and everyone.

Excellent installation and perfect product. Had my first oil top up since installation and filling tank in June - only using half the oil my old Worcester used.

Very very pleased eith perfect instal and excellent day to day performance and running costs.

Thank you Boiler Team.

They was quick, and done a really good job, clean, friendly and helpful with advice.
Definitely I will use them again!

From initial contact online to the swift telephone contact from Paul to within days having a replacement boiler fitted at a very competitive price. We couldn't fault the service or the team Dominic came with, I wish all companies were as good as these especially the distance travelled to install.
Definitely recommend them.

We’re absolutely delighted with The Boiler Team. They managed to fit us in really quickly when our old boiler finally gave up, and everything from first contact to completion was handled brilliantly.

Paul, the manager, was so friendly, professional, and easy to deal with — he kept us fully informed and made the whole process stress-free.

The engineers did a beautiful job installing our new Worcester Bosch boiler, towel rail, and Hive controls. The workmanship is immaculate, and they left the house spotlessly clean and tidy afterwards.

The price was very competitive, especially given the high quality of the work and the speed of installation. We’re genuinely thrilled with the result and would recommend The Boiler Team without hesitation.

The guys who came to do the installation were great, friendly, happy, informative and cleaned up after themselves, I am really pleased with The Boiler Team

Paul the manager is a genuine guy, they did exactly what they promised - (no messing.) Jack and Andrew were such nice lads! They were respectful, down to earth, efficient, with such high standards. They did a brilliant job, and the engineer explained everything clearly. They cleaned up well after themselves. Would highly recommend this company to everyone. Can't praise them enough!
