Had a complete new heat pump-based system installed by Wayne and Ellis with design and organisation support from Tyler and Hannah. First-class, knowledgeable, professional work carried out to a very high standard. Also very friendly, courteous, helpful and proactive people who are a pleasure to have around the house. Communication was also excellent at all stages of the process. Tyler was also excellent in helping fast-track the installation after my old combi gave up the ghost and we were without heating or hot water. Would recommend without reservation. The same goes for the contractor who did the electrical work.

I was absolutely delighted with all the work completed by this fabulous company, who exceeded my expectation at every stage. The team working in my home were professional and considerate. They made what was expected to be a big upheaval, incredibly straight forward. Big thanks to Ryan, Fin and Simon as well as everyone else who assisted. I would highly recommend this company.

Synergi always respond quickly to any request for asistance .They have looked after our gas boiler and central heating for several years with their warmcare plan.They have efficiently carried out annual services and any necessary remedial work .A really good firm, I have recommend them to several friends and family members.

Excellent, thorough and friendly service. Technician/engineer had detailed knowledge of the system and was able to explain any issues that he discovered. The ASHP external unit has also been thoroughly cleaned of the winter's deposits. Would happily use again.

We had a leaking pipe replaced by Adam from Synergi, he arrived exactly on time and was professional and had the problem sorted swiftly then cleaned up after completing the job. We're very pleased with the service.

We’ve recently had a couple of minor plumbing and heating issues, and both Justin and Adam came out separately to diagnose and fix them. They were friendly, professional, clearly explained the issues and options, and resolved everything quickly.

The company were responsive and helpful. Very pleased with how Adam completed a challenging job, going above and beyond to get the job done.

We have to say we have been really pleased with the installation of our domestic heatpump radiator central heating system. We were given utmost respect on decisions in our home (where things were fitted). There was minimal disruption, full tidy and clean up. Big shout out to Ryan and Finn (and the rest of the installation team and Hannah who answered our office queries). Everyone was amazing with their professionalism and work ethic. 5 stars

​The solar installation was handled by Liam and Simon, who were professional, considerate, and clearly took great pride in their work. The setup is excellent and they left the site spotless.
​The heat pump installation was a significant undertaking involving new radiators in every room. Lewis and his apprentice, Ellis, were outstanding. Lewis has an incredible eye for detail; even the soldered joints beneath the floorboards were finished to perfection. It was reassuring to see him instill those same high standards in his apprentice.
​Most importantly, the team earned my complete trust. I felt comfortable leaving them with keys to my home, and they consistently cleaned up and secured the property at the end of every day. While I can’t recall the names of the electricians and other tradespeople who assisted, they were all polite and well-mannered. I highly recommend Synergi for their technical expertise and integrity."
