Very pleased with the installation of solar panels plus hot water boost device. Scaffold erect before install electrical arrived early panel fitter arrived mid morning all working mid afternoon, . Very slick op with a great price.

Excellent service from South East Solar from planning to installation to aftercare. Highly recommended.

Very efficient. The electrician worked hard to get the cables routed through the loft space to minimise exposure inside the house or over the roof.

UPS Solar were fantastic.
Using the Switch Together pricing, the price was very good but the downside is that UPS Solar has very little capacity for complicated installs.
I would happily recommend UPS Solar.

The process was very simple, just register, fill out a questionnaire and wait for your quotation. If you want to proceed then pay a small deposit. The panels and equipment is from the top manufacturers and the fitters keep you informed during the whole process.

I have nothing but praise for the Switch Together UK scheme. Right from the start communication was clear and easy to follow and once the approved installer had been selected, the same continued. They provided a competitive quote and amended this according to my needs and requirements. There was no hard sale at any point but simply honest recommendations. Once I had made my choice installation was efficient and communication continued to be faultless. In short, if you are thinking about getting solar panels, use this scheme

Informative. All went well, except the installer was not able to fit as many panels on the roof as had been estimated.

Very helpful informative people. Did a great job from start to finish . Including putting up scaffolding . Answering questions on the phone . Replying to emails. And solar panels doing a great job in the sunshine !

Tidy work & followup

All went generally to plan. Each stage was explained well and the installation appears to be functioning as designed. Also seems to be reasonably priced.

The installation went well and the workers were great and I couldn’t fault them.
The reason why I am so angry with this experience is my donation of free electricity to the national grid.
It will be over two months, or even longer, until we get anything back from British Gas. If ever !!!
I would rather have had the whole system off rather than give them anything. They wouldn’t let me off with 1p, so why should I improve their profits?
This has completely disgusted me and makes me wish I hadn’t emptied my life savings for solar panels.

From start to finish, I was very pleased with the advice and guidance I received about solar panel installation. On that basis I decided to go ahead with the recommendation of Switch Together.

Great product - and we're already receiving the benefits of having solar panels. Installation overran by 22 days due to 3 no shows by an electrician to finish the job. I deducted the cost of my time wasted from the final bill.
