The onboarding process was very easy and the customer service staff were really helpful. The lady i spoke to name Zoe was very understanding towards my circumstances. Thank you and looking forward to using the servie. So far so good.

I’ve had a telephone plan with SwitchboardFREE for a number of years and for various start-up and established businesses. I was looking for an alternative....
I was looking for an Aircall alternative that functioned in the same way, wasn’t overly expensive, and allowed a single-user option rather than requiring payment for multiple licences I didn’t need.
With Switchboard, I have a cost-effective app-based phone for both my PC and mobile, which operates seamlessly like any telephone call centre. Plus, I benefit from tech support.
They assisted me with the installation, and it works perfectly – all for under £20 a month, fully inclusive.
Abbey at Switchboard Customer Care helped me set it all up and answered the phone in seconds, calling me back as promised.

I’ve had a fantastic experience with Switchboard Free, especially thanks to the outstanding support from George. I encountered several issues with my account, including call redirection and billing concerns, but George worked tirelessly to resolve everything quickly and efficiently. He was professional, patient, and went above and beyond to ensure my service was working perfectly.
George also helped me adjust my plan to better suit my needs and arranged a refund for an accidental top-up. His attention to detail and proactive approach made all the difference.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY
Cancelled my subscription they took six months payments after I cancelled and have tried to use a technicality saying I emailed from a different email address to cancel my policy. companies that treat customers like this should be ashamed of themselves. It’s a shame because it was a good service and I would’ve used them again. This is what happens when bad managers don’t see the bigger picture and look after their customers.

Great for calling from my PC to land-lines and mobiles. The android app will not work on my Android v10 smart phone which is an unnecessary restriction. Bah-humbug.

Very good customer service
I spoke to Laura, who was exceptional, she was patient, clear, not pushy, she gave me all the options I needed and did not try and sell me what was not required. I was very impressed by her and the company as a whole, prices are reasonable and transparent and they offer a lot for what you get. I highly recommend this company so far, I will give an update as I use the service for longer.

Amazing service in solving an issue…
Amazing service in solving an issue where I had switched phones and also wanted to amend my greeting. I spoke with Katie Mcsweeney who was brilliant and did not leave my side until the issue was resolved. I have been with SBF nearly two years and never had an issue, amazing customer care.

Bait and Switch…
Went throught he order process to fail at the checkout, when I explained on Livechat I was told the FREE voipphone which was in my cart wasnt available for the econmy package (also in my cart) - was asked to send a screenshot, which I did. Was simply told
"I have just checked with our sales team and I'm afraid this isn't an active offer so has been raised with our technical team to see how this has happened.
I can of course update the account for you but if you would like the economy plan then I'm afraid the handset isn't included"
I thought this type of bait and switch tactic was behind us.
