We’ve had a brilliant experience with CircleLoop, and a big part of that comes down to the service we received from Imogen.

She was incredibly helpful when we were looking at building out our team and adding additional numbers to support the growth of our business. Nothing felt rushed, even though there was clearly demand on the lines. She took the time to understand exactly what we needed and made sure everything was set up properly.

What really stood out was her going the extra mile to secure an additional 0191 number for us. She even tested it before adding it to the account to make sure everything was spot on. That level of attention to detail is rare and massively appreciated.

As for CircleLoop itself, it’s been a game changer for our electrical business. The flexibility, call handling, and overall control it gives us has completely streamlined how we manage enquiries and stay connected with clients. It’s simple to use but incredibly powerful.

Circle loop is the fourth business phone provider I’ve used and thankfully feels like the last. The set up of the trial and Account was effortless and the mobile and desktop apps are integrated brilliantly. The entire system has clearly been well thought of to create a seamless experience for the user. Really impressed with this service and all for a reasonable and fair cost. Can’t fault the service anywhere and I only imagine it will get better.

Insufficient follow up support to get using this properly. May need to go elsewhere.

Since the upgrade over a year ago, both the iPhone app and desktop app have not been reliable. It does not show full extension names on now (it did till upgrade 12/2024) and it is no longer a simple click on Desktop app to block a call number. Now it will not even show the call logs on ANY app/browser.

Agent called up and said they needed to speak to my colleague has he signed up for a free trial ( on boxing day ).

He had not signed up and was not even working when they claimed he signed up.

You can always count on getting the correct advice and assistance on how to set up your system and how to use it. Just be very clear what you actually want from the system to allow to provide you with all the options

Lukas Evans Jones made the experience great - helped me as a first timer through the process. I have heard of bought telephone dialing SAAS systems - never used before. Process seems easy --well happy !

Straightforward to get set up, excellent software app that supports every process we would envision needing, budget-friendly pricing, and friendly, helpful support—what more could you need!

Had some issues with my account , Daniel Titmass was super helpful and sorted it. Good Customer Service.

I have been using Circleloop for a number of years with no real issues, but last year the did an update for Bothe the desktop and iOS and since then the system is substandard. It no longer shows extension names - the Desktop no longer allows you to click to block a nuisance call (you have to copy number, go to section in admin click new block and paste number) I have been in contact with Tech Support for a number since last year and no resolution. At moment I would not recommend anyone to use Circleloop.

Great service, price and support! Hardly ever any issues, even after almost 3 years. Special mention to Lukas for being quick to respond and having a commitment to excellent customer service. Really excellent. Would definitely recommend

We've been using Circleloop since 2017 and it has saved us thousands of pounds since we left BT. We love the numerous online features and it can be used whilst working abroad. A no-brainer for any business and their support is excellent on the rare occasion you might need some assistance!

Both Lukas and Imogen were extremely helpful in the test phase and in getting things set up. Answered any questions I had quickly and clearly, took the time to understand my business and even made suggestions on how to use the app that I hadn't even thought of.
So many other services seemed cheaper until I start adding in necessary services that are all included in Circleloop in standard costs so it was a very easy decision, especially with them being part of Gamma.
Both the desktop and mobile apps have good user interfaces.
