Our transfer arrived spot on booking time. The vehicle was great and our driver was friendly and helpful.

The worst taxi company ever. I have skied for years and never had a problem. A friend (ex friend now!). Suggested them. They were late at the airport - we waited for over an hour and the driver stank of smoke. Then on way home emailed me (didn’t even call or text). Saying they would be 3 hours late due to traffic. This was an absolutely lie as all apps and all over taxis were fine. We missed our flight and ended up hundreds of pounds out of pocket. They lie and you can’t trust them. Never book with this company

I am a tour guide. I have booked the transfer service from Tacsh to Grindelwald on June 29, 2023 for 13 people.

They canceled the service 4 hours before the pick up time. I chaned to take train from Tasch to Grindelwald and paid a lots of extra money.

Their sudden cancelation makes my tour horrible.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The website would lead you to believe that it is a fully professional service, however, they are far from that. It's service is shocking.

We booked 12 months in advance and 2 months before travel paid over €2500 in advance for two x 15 seater mini buses as we had 30 people travelling. This was all confirmed by email.

What we received at Geneva airport was 4 small mini-bus taxis. Three that held 7 people and one that held 8 people. (29 total) This led to one passenger needing to stay behind as the drivers informed us they were not insured to go above the seat number which is fair enough. As we were travelling to Val Thorens it then meant one of us had to travel alone and find an immediate transport solution. Swiss taxi or Connecto transfers offered no help, and no solution, and refused to offer a taxi or bus cover, or payment etc. I decided to stay myself and the only option I could get that day was a taxi service which cost us a further €700.00, €650 fixed rated + a tip as it was a three hour journey for the driver each way.

During our 7 day stay in Val Thorens I never received a call from anyone offering reimbursement, although I did get an apology off a young lady in the office when I called them.

Then it got worse. We were due to be collected and brought back to Geneva to fly home on 23rd April. 3 taxis arrived in resort, to collect only a total of 24 passengers. This then left us with a real problem as we were flying in six hours time. All we got again was apologies from the three drivers and the staff at the office. We got very lucky as a guy who was travelling to Geneva to collect a family heard about our situation as one of our group posted a message on Facebook looking for help. He was in Meribel but drove an hour to collect us and thankfully got us to Geneva just in time to check in.

I have been fighting with with this company for 7 weeks now, and although I have had apologies, and have been offered some money back (€658)??? I have never yet had an offer back for the amount we are out of pocket which is €1100 extra for the two taxis because of their cock-ups, and also they have never offered anything for the taxi value for the taxi that never showed up. Which in our opinion should be an eighth of the value we originally paid them.

The whole experience and issue has now been passed to Mastercard, who have advised that they will reimburse us.

Simply do not use them. Shocking service.

I have sent my complaint on March 1, March 9 and March 21. But no reply by Swiss-taxi.

Swiss Taxi provides lower quality and smaller vehicles which does not match your booking.

In Feb we have booked a return airport shuttle for our family Holiday. We have selected a luxury bus which can transport 15 persons.

As we were 'only' 8 people in total, swiss-taxi tried to be smart in providing a smaller bus. 6 people in the back, 2 people next to the driver.

For the shuttle to the hotel, a seperate trunk was connected to the minivan for the suitcases. This trunk ruined our Rimowa and North Face luggage completely.

For the shuttle transporting us back to the hotel, there was not even a trunk provided for a suitcases, so we were not able to travel back to the airport, which was quite stressful.
Last minute we needed to book an additional local taxi although we have paid top dollar to Swiss-taxi for the most luxury bus in their portfolio.

We have made a claim , but Swiss -taxi does not reply.

Poor service, the taxi we booked from Lauterbrunnen to Zurich airport was cancelled by email 80 minutes before the scheduled pick up. Just like that. We were able to book another taxi which was 180 euro more expensive. I send an email suggesting they would pick up the difference. After reminding them to respond they came back by email with an apology. But no payment!

They cancelled the booking 5 minutes before my colleague was supposed to leave for Geneva Airport from Verbier. 5 minutes!
Nearly €400 that they said won't be refunded for 3 days. Disgusting service and they wouldn't even send out a new driver, so I had to book with a completely different company. Appalled - please avoid this company completely.

Please do not book this company! They cancelled our taxi 20min before we were meant to leave for airport and we’re yet to receive the refund a month after! Worst customer services who keep saying we will get refund in a couple of days and it’s been a month! PLEASE DO NOT TRUST!

We booked taxis for 3xppl and 16xppl for our wedding, to get our guests from hotel to registery office, 10min drive.

The first cab arrived on time with an amazing driver.
The second drive was scheduled for 15min later. It arrived 30min too late, and the guests came an 1hr too late for our wedding ceremony. This was due to the fact, that the first driver had to drive 3 times, which means, the Swiss Taxi did not order any cab for the 16xppl.

This was such a big disappointment, so we contacted the company. it appears, that the company doesnt know their cab drivers and doesnt organise it, they only seem to send a message to the driver over a booking system.

On top of that, they offered us 15% discount for the next trip. This means, spending another 85% in cash on top of the 210EUR that we spend on a service, that completely went wrong. This is not only disappointing, but simply rude.

This review is for you to be aware of the service and know that you should not book the service for your most important day. And when hopefully for the company to react to this feedback, because they dont reply.

Excellent Service

Dimitris (our driver) was very professional and accurate.
An excellent way to finish our trip without being anxious whether our driver will be on time or not waiting for us on the arrivals' area.

Reliable and professional. They were at the appointed meeting place bang on time. The driver was friendly and helpful, and given the frosty roads, his solid driving style was reassuringly careful. I would use again without hesitation and would recommend. We had two trips, Geneva to Chamonix and then back again a week later, and both trips were equally good.

We are a family of four from Sweden who travel to the alps 2-3 times per year and we have used Swiss Taxi at a couple of occasions.

Would warmly recommend the service any day of the week.
Very nice and careful drivers and the cars have always been tidy, top-of-the-line, Mercedes vans with leather seating.

Always on time as well.

Absolutely fantastic. Our flight was delayed by 24 hours and with no problem(or extra cost) at all we were picked up the following day. On time, lovely and the perfect option for a very weary family.

The service provided was great and had a human touch to it that made it still better...

Swiss-Taxi were great - it was a very easy and stress free way to travel from Geneva Airport to Tignes in the French Alps.

Swiss-Taxi stood out for excellence and value both. The drivers were great, on time and polite. The cars were excellent quality, prices were much better than competitors and communications and customer service was excellent.

Great service, on time, very good drivers, clean cars, no hassles and a pleasant start or end to any trip!
