Swiss-Taxi stood out for excellence and value both. The drivers were great, on time and polite. The cars were excellent quality, prices were much better than competitors and communications and customer service was excellent.

Booked at transfer for 2x families of 4 from Val Thorens to Geneva. They confirmed pick up 2.5 hours before appointed collection time, by text. The cancelled 7 minutes after the appointed collection time, by email. They refused to answer calls. We missed our flights and had to rebook 8 flights at our own cost for next day, as well as hotel near Geneva airport. Probably won’t be covered by travel insurance either as it is a “private” transfer.

Badly late (45 mins) for pick up on the way back, which made airport a little stressful.

Clean&new vehicle, professional driver, good phone feedback when we couldn't see our driver. On time. Overall a very good experience. We used them from Geneva to Zurich and although the fare was high, they were significantly better priced than their competitors

We had a tight transfer to the airport from our ski trip. When the car didn’t show on time, I called customer service only to find out then that the driver had a “technical issue” and would not come. I was told the only alternative car would be there two hours after the pickup time. So we had to get a local taxi which obviously cost way more and made us late for the flight! Would not use this service again.

Having read some reviews it looks as if lots of other people have had the same issue as us. Booked an airport transfer 3 weeks in advance. Received a phone call and email cancelling the transfer around 10 minutes before they were due to arrive! No real apology, no attempt to help find different arrangements and the only reasoning given was "a last minute technical difficulty".

The transfer was a 45-minute, 80 euro journey from Annecy to Geneva airport. As non-speakers of the language, early on a Sunday morning over the Christmas period, this left us with no choice but to get a city taxi from the train station to the airport. The cost was almost double what we originally paid.

Avoid at all costs and look for a more reputable service.

We had booked a transfer from Geneva to Méribel on Saturday 16th February but on landing in Geneva we had been sent an email from Swiss taxi cancelling our booking due to technical difficulties. Luckily we managed to get ourselves onto AltiBus who got us to the resort with one changeover in Moutiers. AltiBus told my husband we were the 8th family that day who had been cancelled by Swiss Taxi. We worried the entire holiday about our return journey and spent quite a lot of money calling Swiss taxi. Our driver was half an hour late, though at least he showed up and we got to the airport just in time for our flight. Would never use again, they are just not reliable.

Absolutely disgraceful company. We booked transfers 3 months in advance for 4 adults a 3 year old and a 10 month old baby from a ski resort to the airport and they called on the day of our return flight to cancel the booking, leaving us stranded up a mountain with no accommodation and the prospect of missing our flight. There’s no senior management to talk to and the people that answer the phones are apparently incapable of doing anything and seemingly couldn’t care less. Avoid at all costs.

This company is an absolute disgrace they shouldn't even be trading. They take your money and dont provide the taxi you have paid for, then they dont give your money back either. I've been waiting a month for my money to be returned to me and i still have not got it. They dont want to speak to you when you ring they say they cant help you and no one in management is ever around either you have to email. I sent numerous emails to them no one replies to you. Please do not use them.

Avoid this company at all costs.

Ski transfer for 6 people booked for 5/01/19 at 14.30. Confirmed by telephone the night before. Received email at 14.18 on 5/01/19 stating "Your transfer has been canceled" (sic).

Called 'customer services' who could provide no explanation for the cancellation, why they had confirmed the booking on 4/01/19 and any assistance as to how we should get to Geneva for our flight.

Under no circumstances should you use this taxi company if you want a reliable taxi service.

Highly recommend if you like appalling service and the thrill of wondering whether your taxi will actually turn up on time or at all!
