We’ve just experienced some really great customer service from Cory at the Swiftgo Stockport branch. We’d hired a lovely campervan but had a problem where we got stuck in mud at a lake district car park. After waiting 8 hours for the RAC not to arrive we had to pay a local recovery firm.
We didn’t ask for anything from Cory but he’s just emailed to say they’d not charge us for forgetting to fill the tank or two missing floor mats. That’s really great customer service in our book and we’ll definitely be using Swift go again.

Very easy to deal with Swift Go couldn't have asked for anything else. Van was amazing and the whole experience was painless. Will definitely use them again. Staff are just so helpful and attentive.

Nous tenons à laisser un très bon avis sur Swift Go pour la location de notre camping-car lors de notre séjour en Écosse. Un immense merci à Martin, notre interlocuteur, pour sa gentillesse, sa disponibilité et son professionnalisme tout au long de la préparation de notre voyage.
Le camping-car était au top : confortable, propre et très moderne, un véhicule récent qui nous a permis de voyager dans les meilleures conditions. Tout était pensé pour nous faciliter la vie sur la route, ce qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement de notre séjour en Écosse sans le moindre souci.
Le service est excellent du début à la fin. Nous recommandons vivement Swift Go à quiconque souhaite découvrir l'Écosse en camping-car !

I rented a motorhome and it was a perfect experience. Not only because travelling with a motorhome gives me a lot of freedom while traveling, but also because of the service of SwiftGo. They made the experience excellent with perfect and friendly service and with the motorhome in perfect condition.

Super-efficient booking process and a large fleet of high-quality new motorhomes. We rented the Swift 494 Voyager for one week. The motorhome is very fuel efficient, and the power was perfectly suitable for mountain roads as well as motorways. Very comfortable beds, great cooking appliances, more than adequate refrigerator space and plenty of storage for suitcases, bbq and additional cool box. Thank you, Swift, for an unforgettable West Coast adventure!

From start to finish, Swift Go made my first motorhome experience fantastic. The booking process was so easy and straightforward. All the staff at Manchester gave a great service, always answer the phone, and made me feel comfortable throughout my hire. The motorhome was faultless and well equipped, a real pleasure to drive and live in for the week.

I would highly recommend swiftgo for your motorhome hire experience as the vehicles are well equipped, the onboarding was fantastic and we had everything we needed to make our trip a smooth and stress free experience. The attention to detail, welcoming attitude and the superb service from the swift staff (special shout out to Lee and Corrie) made first time hirers like us super comfortable with hiring a motorhome for our trip. The communication at all times from point of booking to collection and return was on point, timely and informative. The additional free membership to the motorhome and caravan club with every swift motorhome hire helped us get a discount on campsite bookings. I would have no hesitation in recommending swiftgo to anyone looking to hire a motorhome for a road trip holiday.

Used them twice on my camper trips around Scotland with my beloved dog jake and would do it again and again. Once from Edinburgh and Once from Manchester. Both sets of staff were brilliant and so helpful to us as jake isn't a young lad anymore. The campers were amazing and so comfy and cosy. Really didn't want to hand them back

Fantastic experience from start to finish. The Guys were very informative talking us through everything we needed to know. There is quite a bit to take in if you’ve never been before so we recorded it which helped when we needed to turn the water on etc. we only had to ring them once as a light had come on the dash, they answered straight away & knew immediately what it was. The drove beautifully and everything worked in the van as expected. We did take out the Excess Insurance and i know a lot shy away from this but i did do a lot of shopping round and they were the same price as the others. Luckily we didn't need to use it. Highly recommend.

Easy to book, good customer service, unfortunately we broke down in the Motorhome which just put a dampener on our holiday. They did their best to help us and it could happen to anyone. They gave us an extra two days in the Motorhome to make up for our lost time and also refunded us two days which we were very pleased with.

This was our 3rd time and have already booked our 4th for this November. Amazing service. Easy to navigate website for info and booking with great prices.
Motorhomes have all been spotless. All instructions given when you pick up your vehicle. Would definitely recommend Swift Go, 5 stars

Swift made everything so easy and uncomplicated.

This is the second year I have used this company, and they have been amazing both times. The motorhome was spotlessly clean, tidy, and perfectly prepared for our trip.

We had a minor technical hiccup with the motor this year, but the team dealt with it amazingly fast. Their customer service is top-notch, and they really are brilliant.

I will 100% be using them again next year and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a stress-free motorhome hire!
