Great experience travelling round Scotland.

Motorhome was generally good but surprised that for a 3 year old vehicle it had some faults. Leaking sink in shower.
Can bed retaining straps broke.
Storage compartment external door missing a catch.
We
Expected such a new vehicle to be perfect.

This wouldn’t stop
Us from doing it again though

The whole process was super easy and we would definitely be hiring again in the future from Swift if we need another motorhome

The initial cleaning of the van at hand over could have been a little better.

We were supported with the understanding or the vans working.

We had a fantastic week in the lakes, motor home was was very comfortable and easy to manoeuvre over some challenging roads.

Swift Go were absolutely fantastic, from our booking experience, right through to signing the documents and picking up the vehicle and finally returning the vehicle at the end of our trip, the whole process was very efficient, and Martin was extremely helpful. We will definitely use Swift again if we are hiring a motorhome, the pick up location is also very easy to find with plenty of parking etc.

Well laid out van - had an issue with electric to gas hybrid heating but electric heating etc was efficient
Overall had 2 fantastic early April weeks driving through Outer Hebrides
Would recommend Swift Go in Edinburgh (Livingston) efficient and very helpful people

Excellent customer service and amazing new Motorhome

We hired swift voyager 494, the bed was so comfy that we slept in longer on a 2 night day and a big fridge was ideal, we had a brilliant time travelling round England in just a week.

From booking, to check in to drop off from Edinburgh hire depot.. Easy booking on line. Everything explained on the walk around the van at collection. Everything was included, from electric leads, water hose, toilet chemicals & deck chairs, I'm our brand new swift/transit motorhome..(19 miles on the clock😀). Unlimited milage meant we could go wherever we wanted. Free membership to CAMC so had access to their camp sites. All in all, 5* service from all at the team, and a huge thank you.

The Motorhome - Voyager 564 was the right choice for a weeks holiday touring the Scottish highlands. The interior is very comfortable for two people . Heating is perfect. Auxiliary Battery was perfect. Also staff at swiftgo are really proffessional and extremely helpful
