Kevin and Lee were fantastic in assisting us with multiple matters.
They went out of their way to assist us including with a claim for some minor damage, several requests we had on operational aspects of the van as we came to grips with it - paying a parking fee remotely because we couldn’t get access, giving us storage and other things of assistance.

Nothing was a problem for them and they were always positive and happy to help, despite us asking questions of them multiple times. Their responses were always within hours and mostly within 10 mins.
Unbelievable service.
Van was everything it should have been.

Been the 4th year in a row we have hired from Swift Go and we are already planning for next year. The vehicles have always been really clean and well kept, the staff are awesome (dealt with Lee every year it seems - great guy). If you are looking to hire a motorhome, don't go anywhere else

Excellent first motorhome experience. Staff were extremely helpful both in the lead up and on return. Another family member also rented from a different hire company and their experience was the polar opposite so even he said he would make sure to use Swift Go next time!

I had a phone call from Lee to arrange collection time and we identified that we needed another document as we were travelling to Southern Ireland. Thankfully there was time to obtain this though, border control didn’t ask for it in the end but, they could have done and we would have had a problem.

Handover was very efficient though we don’t recall being told what to do if fridge started beeping and needed resetting. We had a problem with phones so couldn’t ring them to ask so, fridge wasn’t working properly for us during the week. I am positive they would have been able to advise us what to do.

Prior to phone problem though, I emailed them to ask about plug sockets when off grid. My email was sent very late in the evening and so didn’t expect a reply but, both Lee and Kev emailed me immediately. That’s customer service for you!

The motorhome was very clean and in good condition.

I would certainly recommend SwiftGo and would use them again.

Great holiday round Scotland NC500 in Swift and go motorhome. Brilliant trip,well equipped, very comfortable motorhome. Everything we needed and a sat nav set for roads safe for motorhome . They thought of everything! Staff were knowledgeable and very friendly. Thanks Swift and Go.

Great motorhome, missing absolutely nothing!

From the moment we arrived, we had a wonderful experience. The handover began with a thorough explanation from a very friendly and humorous staff member. Plus, there is a handy manual in the camper just in case you forget any details along the way.
When we needed a bit of help during our trip, their support was great. They called us back quickly and helped us out right away.

Returning the motorhome was just as smooth. To top it all off, they even gave us a lift to the train station afterward!

Great service. Communications and a very comfortable van for a 2 week road trip. Highly recommend.
