Hello,
We understand why the result of a Free Play session can be disappointing. Free Plays are free activities with a maximum session win, and the amount that can be awarded from the session is displayed directly in the game before you choose to use the Free Play.
We appreciate the feedback on the promotional pop-ups as well.
