Hi,
We’re sorry the pop-ups made navigating the platform frustrating. Promotions are meant to highlight available offers, not get in the way of enjoying the games, and feedback like this helps us understand when the experience feels like too much.
Thanks for letting us know.

Hello,
We know it can be disappointing when even smaller play levels don’t bring the results you hoped for. Game outcomes are random, and every play round is independent, so previous results or the play level do not influence what happens next.
We appreciate you sharing your experience.
