Not in the player's favor
On the second day of playing Sweep shark, I earned a 25 free bonus spin. They chose the game of course. Out of those 25 spins I won zero money. That would have been a loss of $5. And regular people that play these games and love these games can not afford to take $5 losses. They definitely have their games set up to take your money and give you nothing in return.

Hello,
We understand the disappointment, but Free Plays are free activities and don’t represent a $5 purchase or loss. Every play round is random and independent, so 25 Free Plays can result in different outcomes, including no winnings, and previous rounds don’t influence what comes next.
We appreciate you sharing your experience and hope your next sessions are more enjoyable.
So fun omg!!

Dont understand this whole cap thing not too happy about it never seen real casinos put a cap on free play or how much someone could win in free play, with out making a purchase. I couldn't even back out of the game or make a purchase to get out im not convinced this is a legit app.

Hi,
We understand why the Free Play cap can be frustrating. Free Plays are free activities and may have a maximum win amount under the Terms & Conditions, and the applicable amount is shown directly in the game before the Free Play is used, so you can see the limit in advance.
We appreciate your feedback and hope this helps clarify how it works.
