Response from SureWinPath Education

Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely regret the error that occurred during the feedback stage of the mock test.

We want to clarify that we had already identified the mistake in our internal system before it was reported, and as soon as it came to light, we took immediate corrective action:

A full refund of the mock test fees was issued without hesitation.

The paper was re-evaluated manually, and a corrected final report was sent. The student’s performance did not change significantly after rechecking.

The issue arose due to a template error in the optical reading software, not from ChatGPT or any external tool. This was purely a human oversight, and we take full responsibility for it.

At SureWinPath Education, we value every comment—positive or critical—as an opportunity to improve. This experience has strengthened our internal checks, and we have already implemented new safeguards to ensure that such errors do not happen again.

Our mission remains clear: to provide accurate, fair, and high-quality feedback that supports students’ learning journeys.
