He doesn’t need to do this, but this is what makes him an ambassador for education and a little bit different from the rest. Alex is a collaborator, he wants the best for everyone in Education because he has both integrity and grit to make things happen and make things work. He is brilliant.

Having had quite a frustrating experience with another teacher supply agency, I was cautious when I picked up the phone to Alex. I was honest about my issues and needs. Alex was a breath of fresh air - he listened to what I needed and he reassured me. He did exactly what he said he would do. By the next day I was fully registered (a simple, stress free process as it should be) and two days later was booked for my first job.
This is exactly what the supply world needs - a hassle free agency where you can work locally when you want to, and without the ludicrous deductions from Umbrella payroll.

I can not fault the help and support Patagon have given me. Registering is quick and professional and hassle free. No sooner had I registered with them I was booked into work. Any teething problems with quickly sorted. Alex is brilliant, so understanding and compassionate to my needs.
They are also understanding of your needs for job security, so if you’re offered a permanent role/position at the school you’re placed in, Alex is not possessive and actively encourages you to do what is best for you. I will only use Paragon for supply work.
