My mother was downsizing from a house approximately 120 miles away and we were due to have a lot of her furniture, so I needed a removals company.
The quotation was easy to arrange. I emailed through the sizes and photographs of the items of furniture, plus post codes for both addresses, and that was enough for the quotation which was emailed to me the following day.
Before sending the acceptance, I had a telephone conversation with Robinsons and agreed the likely removal date, which I confirmed on the acceptance. The exact time was confirmed the day before the removal took place.
Despite it being more than a 2-hour drive, and my mother’s house was down country lanes and not easy to find, the van arrived at the exact time. The two-man team were both polite and courteous, and were very careful when taking the larger items of furniture out of the house and loading it into the van. Everything was compactly loaded into the van and everything was secured in place with straps and protected with blankets.
The van then drove promptly home and everything was quickly and carefully offloaded into our house.
The whole process entailed minimal fuss, and everyone was a pleasure to deal with. I would have no hesitation to use Robinsons Relocation in the future. Please pass on my thanks to all involved.

Robinsons moved our stuff into storage, kept it safely for 10 months, and then relocated it for us. Throughout the whole process they were great. Very good communication, our belongings handled with care and attention, and always very helpful and accommodating. It was a stressful process creating our new home, but Robinsons made it a lot easier!

Robinson's Relocation provided us with a fantastic service. From having no issues with a last minute confirmation of move to a seamless pack up and unpack of the van the service was exemplary. Robinsons did all the packing for us, spent three days moving us in 3 large vans and we couldn't be more pleased. They were punctual, efficient, polite and unfailingly cheerful even when asked to move large items of furniture. They were recommended to us and we would definitely recommend them to anyone moving after collecting over 30 years worth of stuff!

I totally recommend this company to make your move as smooth as possible. Moving is considered very stressful but Robinsons made my moving day stress free. They worked so hard, carefully loading my belongings onto the van, and then did the reverse on arrival at my new house. Polite, courteous and took great care of my things.
