Great customer service
I changed my car and needed the policy changing over to my new car , I tried doing the change online but received a email asking to phone platinum gap to arrange the changes, I spoke to a advisor and she took care of everything on the call , the reason I could not register the change online was because my new car’s value was significantly higher than my previous car.

Process was quick, simple and exactly what i wanted to provide gap insurance for my brand new car. Was very easy to select type of gap insurance and excellent value for money. As with all insurances, I hope I never need to make a claim, so how they respond to a claim is, for me, untested.
