Very helpful and courteous rep.
The rep, Kellie, was most helpful. Very patient and understanding with a not so knowledgeable computer user. She rang back next morning to help me download our boarding passes and to make sure everything was OK.

Hassel Free booking with Sunway.
The staff were very helpful and Tara made booking with Sunway problem free. She was so helpful in relation to carry on bags and advise on Travel insurance. If you needed further information on anything Tara was at the end of the line to help. I couldn't praise them enough.
