Amazing Diamond Store - Highly Recommend!
I am so happy to have found Sunshine Diamonds. I love the website, and the massive range of products. The staff are so helpful about any questions you might have, which is great. The pricing is incredible and very competitive. I was kept up to date about delivery, and my order arrived right on time. And they are GORGEOUS! I bought one set of earrings, and they are just beautiful and beautifully packaged. (I straight away ordered another pair for my other ear piercing!). Highly recommend!

Liars and Possible Scam
Do not use this firm. We purchased a diamond bracelet. When we received the item, it was the wrong size. When we finally obtained the correct size bracelet, they promised to send me the correct valuation and authenticity documents. They have lied on a number of occasions stating they have sent the documents, but they have never been sent. I’m now having the bracket checked out by an independent jeweller because they acting suspicious. If I find out this is not genuine, I will be getting the police involved. THEY ARE NOTHING BUT SHOCKING.

We take the allegations in your review extremely seriously. Describing our business as “liars” and a “possible scam”, while suggesting that the jewellery may not be genuine, is a very serious matter.
We want to be completely clear about our standards.
**Every single piece of jewellery we supply goes through our established quality-control and authenticity process before dispatch.** This includes:
• **Two separate internal quality and authenticity checks.**
• **Independent diamond certification and verification**, including recognised laboratories such as **GIA and IGI**.
• **UK Assay Office hallmarking** for our precious-metal jewellery.
• **Final inspection of the finished jewellery before dispatch.**
We have supplied **more than 10,000 pieces of jewellery**, and authenticity is not something we compromise on.
Regarding your bracelet, you have mentioned that there was initially an issue with the size and that you subsequently received the correct bracelet. You have also stated that certain valuation and authenticity documents were promised but not received.
If there has been a genuine communication or documentation issue, we are prepared to investigate it. However, that is entirely different from claiming that the jewellery itself is not genuine.
You have said that you are having the bracelet checked by an independent jeweller. We have no objection whatsoever to independent examination. In fact, we welcome proper verification.
If the person examining the bracelet has identified a genuine issue with the diamond, gemstone, metal or certification, please obtain the findings **in writing**.
For an allegation as serious as this, we would ask that the jewellery be assessed by a recognised independent gemological laboratory such as **GIA or IGI**, rather than relying solely on an informal opinion.
If a recognised independent laboratory establishes that the jewellery supplied by us does not match its stated specification or certification, we will investigate the matter fully and take appropriate action.
But if no such evidence exists, we cannot accept allegations that our business is a scam or that we knowingly supplied non-genuine jewellery.
We stand firmly behind our jewellery, our quality-control process and the independent certification used throughout our business.
**If you have evidence, please provide it. We are prepared to examine it and deal with the matter based on facts.**

Scam? Unidentified metal
Scam?
I bought an engagement ring from here. initially everything seemed fine, it took around a month to come but on arrival I realised that the ring was not genuine 9ct gold, I took a straight to my local jeweller who checked it and realised there was not even hallmark, the item was costume jewellery!
I checked my bank statement and they had set up a direct debit to come out of my bank the following month too for the same amount that I had paid!!
I asked to return the ring obviously as this was not what I paid £300 for, they said that was absolutely fine, I paid for shipping back to the company and then the ring was sent back to me and Hallmark stamped? I wasn’t sure if they had to change that or not so I took it back to the jewel again who explained to me that it was still the same ring they had just stamped it, at this point the ‘gold’ coating was coming off anyway.
After contacting the company again, I received WhatsApp messages that were completely spelt wrong, the grammar was completely incorrect and didn’t seem professional in the slightest.
Luckily, I was refunded for the item - but on further inspection I noticed they have several stores all trading under different names but all to the same address, I’m assuming they are dropped shipping cheap items from abroad? This could explain the delay in delivery!

We take the authenticity of our jewellery extremely seriously. Every 9ct gold item we sell is manufactured using genuine precious metal and is hallmarked in accordance with UK hallmarking regulations before being supplied to our customers. We would never intentionally supply costume jewellery in place of solid gold.
We're also concerned by your comments regarding a direct debit. Sunshine Diamonds does not operate subscription services or recurring payment plans that automatically create direct debits for customers purchasing jewellery. If an unexpected payment appeared on your bank statement, we would have welcomed the opportunity to investigate it with you.
We're pleased that your refund was processed promptly, as customer satisfaction is always our priority. However, some of the information in your review does not match our normal business processes, which is why we'd genuinely appreciate the opportunity to review your order in detail.
