Purchased an engagement ring on their…
Purchased an engagement ring on their eBay site. Was on a bit apprehensive as spending four figures…. I needn’t worried the item was received (authenticated) and arrived after about 3 weeks as it was made to size and specification. We looked at rings at a mall and they are 3 times the price so this company go above and beyond service, quality and value.
I would use again but hopefully not for another engagement ring (1 is more than enough)

We take your allegation extremely seriously. Calling a jewellery business a “scammer” and claiming that a diamond is fake is a very serious accusation, and we cannot simply leave that allegation unanswered.
To be completely clear, **every single piece of diamond jewellery we supply goes through our quality and authenticity process before leaving our business.** Our process includes:
• **Two separate internal quality and authenticity checks** before the jewellery leaves our premises.
• **Independent laboratory verification** of the diamond, with recognised laboratories such as **GIA and IGI** used for certification.
• **Gold purity and hallmarking through the UK Assay Office**, providing independent verification of the precious-metal standard.
• **Final inspection of the finished jewellery** before it is dispatched to the customer.
We have supplied **more than 10,000 pieces of jewellery**, and authenticity is something we take extremely seriously. We do not knowingly sell fake diamonds, and our entire checking and certification process is designed to prevent exactly that.
You have stated that your 2-carat lab-grown diamond “turned out fake”. If you have had the diamond independently tested and have a report showing that it is not the diamond described or certified, please provide us with the **full independent laboratory report**. We will investigate it properly and take the findings seriously.
However, without an independent report or test result being provided to us, we cannot accept such a serious allegation as established fact.
We stand firmly behind the authenticity and quality of the jewellery we supply. If an independent laboratory has genuinely reached a different conclusion regarding your particular diamond, we would like to see the evidence and investigate it immediately.
Soon to be wife is very happy
After alot of deliberation we decided on a simple bezel mount solitaire lab grown diamond ring. We purchased the ring on the 2nd Jan 2026 through Amazon pothole (we were very dubious) However, we received it on time, 24th Jan 2026. (It was actually early but we were away.) Apart from Royal Mail poor communication in redirecting the delivery day forward two days, Amazon and Sunshine Dimonds communication was excellent. The ring came in a beautiful box with all certification. For a 2.00ct platinum ring, on my soon to be wife's finger, it looks awesome! And well made. Excellent value for money!

Sunshine diamonds is a lovely small business which provided lovely packaging and a safe delivery service. I must say when I bought the pendant, I didn't read the description properly and the pendant was on a chain which I thought it would come with, the picture was slightly misleading but the pendant was beautiful none the less. It also took 6 weeks for the package to arrive which should be notified before purchase given that is a long time to wait. Thank you for the services.
