Hi Steve,

We completely understand why you were disappointed when the price you initially saw differed from the price confirmed for the ring.

To be transparent, there was a **technical pricing issue on our website while we were adding and updating our new Nature-Inspired Engagement Ring collection**. During that update, the price displayed for this particular configuration did not correctly reflect the actual material requirement of the ring.

The design you selected is a classic, heavier-weight wedding ring requiring approximately **8 grams of gold**, so the metal weight has a significant impact on the manufacturing cost, particularly with the 9K gold option. When our team reviewed the exact specification, we found that the correct manufacturing price was considerably higher than the price that had been displayed.

We appreciate that receiving a different price after making an enquiry is frustrating, and we're sorry for the confusion caused by the website issue. However, the price was **not increased because you contacted us**, nor was there any intention to quote one price and then change it. It was an incorrect price displayed during a website catalogue update.

We have taken the matter seriously and have reviewed the pricing configuration to help prevent the same issue from happening again.

We hope this clarifies what happened, and we appreciate you bringing the discrepancy to our attention.

We're sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your experience. We take the authenticity and quality of our jewellery extremely seriously, so we would like to clarify what happened.

We have supplied more than 10,000 pieces of jewellery, and our diamonds and gemstones are sourced with strict quality and authenticity checks. Where certification is applicable, we regularly supply stones accompanied by reports from recognised independent laboratories such as **GIA and IGI**, as well as other established independent certification laboratories. We would never knowingly supply a stone that does not match its description or certification.

In this particular case, the bracelet went through **eBay's authentication process**, where a concern was initially raised. We took this seriously and had the piece checked again. It subsequently **passed authentication**, and we still have the eBay authentication certificate relating to the bracelet.

Unfortunately, the original eBay order had already been cancelled by that point. When we suggested purchasing directly from us, it was simply because we wanted to give you an alternative way to obtain the bracelet without having to start the entire eBay purchasing and authentication process again.

We completely understand that the initial authentication experience was frustrating, but we are confident in the jewellery we supply and the independent checks and certification that support our products.

We are sorry that your experience left you feeling this way, and we would have been very happy to continue assisting you with the bracelet and the authentication documentation.
