The process was simple
The process was simple. Was without power for only an hour while they installed. Installers did place a panel on my lawn and as a result the grass underneath was killed. I recommend not placing panels in a yard.

I have Sunrun in both my homes (my rental property and my primary residence). Well worth the investment. Instead of getting a generator I get the Tesla battery and plenty of panels and I never have a power outage. In addition, my bill is nonexistent. I only need to pay Sunrun. Go big or go home.!

I appreciate the up front communication and transparency around this service. I understand my costs and the benefit I receive for those costs. The SunRun folks were fantastic
The SunRun folks were fantastic. Gave us a date to install and did this on one day. The issues arouse around state and city documentation to start our own transmission in the Solar universe. SunRun got the documentation and after state and city blessing, we were able to start producing our own power.
"The last two bills from EverSource; our current provider were a staggering -$65 and -$75.00. Love it. Great job SunRun.

Ringo Smith was extremely helpful
Well this company is pretty smooth to work with everyone is upfront and honest about everything and has a good attitude , especially Ringo Smith who was exceptionally helpful throughout the entire process. For some reason Oncor made this project a hassle and ultimately made the process take over 250 days which was extremely frustrating but Ringo kept in touch with me and updated me throughout the whole process even when there was no updates Ringo would contact me and reassure me that he was still actively checking on my account. Today June 6 2025 we finally completed the process and I couldn’t be more grateful for Ringo’s help throughout this whole time making my experience with SunRun a pleasant one.

Professional at its best
I was very impressed with my experience with Ringo Smith. He was very informative, kind, polite and very courteous. Mr. Smith took the time to explain in detail of this device and how it would save me money on my energy bill. I was quite impressed with the knowledge of the solar panel and the function it will provide for my home. He is a credit to his profession and walked away feeling at ease and confident that I made the right decisions having this done.
