Purchased 6-each, 450W solar panels. Impressed with packaging and quality of panels. More important, my devices show that under the right conditions the wattage produced from the panels was very good. At times, with a maximum output from three panels rated at 1350w, my setup provided at least 1250w. Note: I have two arrays with 3-panels each. Both arrays preformed similar.

I had an issue with my inverter and the support team walked me through every step in troubleshooting the problem and resolving the issue. They were timely and easy to work with. 5 Stars+

I purchased a 6KW inverter/charger. The equipment did not work on arrival. I contacted sungold via email and explained problem. They sent me a shipping label and paid shipping both ways for replacement unit. Problems happen but they stood behind their equipment and I am impressed with customer service.

I bought a 15kw inverter charger. The cooling fan runs all the time even with ac breaker off, my other AIMS units do not do this. They say it is OK and normal but I don't like the noise. I keep it turned off and only turn it on when I run the generator. Do not buy anything from these folks.
Also against the rules here offered me a year of extended warranty if i posted a positive review.
Which tells you all you need to know about this company. I wanted to return it but they wanted $500 for shipping back so i'm stuck with it.

When there was an issue with my battery they took care of it quickly

Great experience with SunGold. Sam was great to work with and made sure Cactus Joe got all his solar products he needed. Install was pretty simple on the 10k unit. Didn’t have to call for any tech. The unit could have a friendlier view screw to see information but overall not bad if you just set it and forget it. Can’t beat the specs for the price and it being a California company made it easier since I’m in joshua tree. Call Sam and stop paying a high electric bill

The system does exactly what was expected and was easy to install. I would give 5 stars if a basic setup guide had been included. Good after purchase support for setup questions!

The wifi was pointless the app is even worse no point in having other I can't make any changes I still have to go to the unit to do anything

Customer service is alot better than some people have claimed online . That was one of my hesitations to begin with. I am a DIY person and you guys have answered most of my questions with out making me feel like an idiot even when it was a stupid question.
