Sun Gold Power LFP 4k Inverter-Charger(Dual Phase)-
This inverter has been installed for almost a year. I have it installed on my home in the Caribbean, which has frequent power outages. Excellent performance! Customer service was extremely helpful with questions during the installation.

I purchased 6-560 watt panels from SunGold Power. Then I purchased another 14-560 watt panel all of which work well with my SolArk15K. My 4 Solar arrays are a strong 18,000 output.

This is my second sungold pv system installed. So obviously I am not unhappy. The first off grid cabin system has been working for about 18 months perfectly. The second was a full grid tie system on an island in the Caribbean. I was worried about shipping delicate electronics across the US and then by boat to Roatan so I purchased the insurance for boat transport. The packaging was so well done there was hardly the need. A 10 kw inverter and two of their 5kw wall mount batteries I installed in a concrete building attached to the house for a bit of fire protection. It would have cost more than the panels cost to ship to the island so we got those on island. These units are quite heavy so it takes two to wall mount. The instructions are good but technically complex so it may be better to hire an installer if you aren't handy with high voltage DC and have a modicum of common sense. The ordering and delivery went well but I haven't needed to get any customer service support yet so can't comment on that. So far everything works as advertised and now we have air conditioning made possible by this pv system. With the high cost of electricity on the island the system should pay for itself in only 3 years. I would by another system but I am out of places to put it.

The product is very high quality and for DIY people, they have very good tech support on the phone to answer all your questions. We managed to installed the whole system ourselves and working great ever since then. Joy from customer service is very helpful, always respond to any questions we have.

Excellent , I have 10kw inverter connected to 3 wall mount batteries, working off grid on my house in Cuba , sungoldpower is holding my energy on my beautiful escambray mountains .

I don't usually post reviews. When I came here to research this company before buying my 10kw all in one inverter. I noticed posts claiming false reviews. This is not a fake review. I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase and Sungold's customer service, when i had an issue. In my case the exchange and replies were answered overnight due to time zones. Perfectly understandable. Troubleshooting found the issue which turned out to be my fault. Just a loose terminalat the array disconnect.

I had a very positive experience with Sun Gold Power. I had a warranty claim on an inverter repair that went so smoothly. Very responsive, helpful and honest. Can't ask for more. Thank you Sun Gold Power for doing a great job.

I ordered 8 550W panels which are currently functional and producing power. The price with delivery included was lower then many other's without delivery and their panels were not 550W to begin with. I get around 500W per panel easy as my setup uses micro inverter.

Great after sale service. My calls were always returned and the help was fantastic. Thank you Jerry for all your help.

As most of companies from China, they are focused on producing hundreds of fake reviews rather than improve their product and support. I've received the kit with incompatible elements, they refused to take it back , needed open a chargeback with credit car. Be aware : their 'customer service' is located in China, they don't care totally about customer experience . After some time, as many before, this company will change the name and will continue their shady practices on US market. Just beware : do not be fooled by fake reviews ! They are scammers .

Update : FINALLY they agreed to take back wrong items they shipped. While haven't installed the equipment yet, will update my review once it work ( or not ! )

Customer service and knowlagble people are a thing to search for I can Google things for answers.
Had a hard time getting straight answers from post sales help.
Am looking for solar system to add but unless the correct panel size can be met I will have to go elsewhere.

As a first-time solar DIY and being super tired of losing power at least 5 times a year I was looking for an affordable system to power our fridge, water pump, and water heater, and Sungoldpower was definitely a help in that process. Reaching out, they were very helpful in recommending the amount of panels needed for such a system, but I took it a step further and bought the 10 500W Mono Black Solar Panels, and they were much more than I would expect. First the delivery was quick and easy the delivery company gets a shout out too for being able to unload the pallet onto gravel, second they appear packaged to survive that truck getting into a major accident with how they are secured and packed, third, they charged my 400AH battery system in a flash, an absolute flash it makes me want a bigger battery system. This is all coming from a DIY watching YouTube, and now my system powers everything I wanted, plus more, all on its own breaker system, no matter how the rest of my area is doing on grid power. I look forward to continuing to expand my system and will definitely be using them for my battery expansion next year!
