I have the 590w panel ranked as the best large panel and large ground mount in the game. I bought 2 590 Renogy panels, a year later I found sunpower and got 6 of the same 590 panels for the same cost as the 2 Renogy. I'm now running 8 590 panels, all on sunpower rack mounts and I make 5kwh and upward too easy. Also really great in horizontal shading. 2 panels will still make 600w with the bottom half of both panels covered. Buy them, free shipping too.

From research to purchase, I have had nothing but a great experience with Sun Gold Power. The Solar panels were simple to install, the inverter was super easy to install and configure, and the batteries were a breeze to add.

I have purchased Sungoldpower products multiple times, including these exact panels. I have been very happy with the quality and performance of these panels. I also purchased batteries from Sungold Power. The batteries and panels are a couple years old now and still working flawlessly.
I did have an issue with a battery once. Sungold guided me through a few tests and the end result was it just became unbalanced with the system. I seperated it out, full charged it, put it back in the system and it has been working ever since. So their customer support was also good in my experience.
My systems are entirely DIY using Sungold Power products.

The All in One unit now manages all power input and output functions on my houseboat (including 5 KW of solar). Love it!

I bought a new 24 volt DC to 240 VAC split phase inverter about 2yrs ago and loved it. Still works but I switched to a 12 Volt DC system so I bought a refurbished 12volt DC to 240 Volt AC split phase. It was inoperable the day it was delivered. They took it back for repair with no issue. That was great. They sent it back and it had missing parts and was damaged. I took pictures as soon as I took it out of the box and requested a refund, not another repair and they refused the refund at first. After a few emails back and forth they finally agreed to take the return and refund me although refunds on refurbished are not their policy. I applaud that.
I gave a 3 star review toward their refurbished department. Not their buy New department.
I am not sure their refurbished units are being properly screened by their quality control department (if they even have one) and it was quite a few emails back and forth and a threat from me to report them to the BBB before they agreed to a refund. I would still trust the buy New option so far though.

Great customer service and a great product

I chose the Sungold power 200 watt panels for ease of installation and price. I'm running two Sungold power inverters, 1 10kw 120/240v with 48 panels (3 strings of 8 per MPPT) and 1 5kw 120v with 27 panels (3 strings of 9). My systems run almost my entire house. Sungold power is a good product at a good price and is the only online company that replies to my questions in a timely manner. My only thing I do not care for being a commercial electrician is the lack of space in the wiring compartments, which seems to be across the board with all solar brands and the terminology and translation of the manuals. Overall I'm very happy with my Sungold power systems.

The solar panels and inverter are working and saving me money.
The wifi and app doesn't work correctly. Costumer service is poor , I have emailed them with no answer, I have called during business hours but they dont return my calls.

The tech support has always been great any issue i have had has always been fixed and taken care of .I am very happy with the entire system.and now I am knowledgeable enough to where I could probably assist others in my area with installing other systems

I purchased my solar system almost a year ago, and living in a cabin in Montana, having solar was crucial, my system has worked great, I just purchased two new SGH48100T batteries, I requested information from tech support in reference to hooking them up to my two previous batteries just to make sure I did it correctly, tech support responded with the information I needed and my system is running good. Have not had any problems with this system going on one year now.

They are really responsive and helpful in every way with any issues you experience. Just message and usually get a response within the first 24 hours!!

No customer service that speaks English. The best you can hope for is to not have any issues. The 10 year warranty is useless on the batteries!!!!
