We purchased 20 550 watt mono crystalline solar panels last year from Sungold power for our off grid home. These panels have withstood heavy winds, sometimes up to 80 mph. We have also had heavy snow and these solar panels didn't break through it all. Even with a layer of ice on them we were still getting power. We have a large battery bank with a back up generator and since October the generator has only been needed a handful of times. We are very impressed with these panels and would purchase them again. The delivery of these panels was great. They came packaged tight with no damage to them.

Order placed for Ground supports. THey acknolwdeged receipt of the order, 3 weeks later nothing, no communication, no product.
I sent an email which was responded to quite fast, explaining the situation - Out of Stock.
Well if htat is the case I am the type of customer that likes to be informed if that is the case. I am planning an installation at a remote location, and trips have to be scheduled and planned. A 3 week delay, affected me in a two month delay. Just keep customers posted and if out of stock, your website can state that- Honesty. I would have procured somewhere else each part andget them faster, only reason why ordered with sungoldpower was easy box with all you may need.

I needed a solar system for an off-grid cabin and my sungold system works very well. I bought a 4KW kit and did the install myself which was fairly simple and took 4 hours. The only glitch was the inverter display failed. After some help troubleshooting with Sungold, the part was on the way and install and I am back in power!

Good value for the price. Battery and solar cells were in stock and on sale. Spec sheets and owners manuals were available online to help with decisions. Good packaging and shipping of both, which was free! This is a big plus, as truck shipping can be a big unknown expense. Solar panels can be purchased in packs of two in case you need replacements. Both the battery and solar panels are good quality. I like the display info screens on the 16 KwH battery. The battery was shipped in its own wood box with all necessary wiring, and worked on first connection to my inverter from another company. The battery comes on its own adjustable feet for floor use, or rack for wall mount. The solar panels have long enough wiring to interconnect to each other mounted either horizontally or vertically. Very satisfied customer.
