Love Sugoi mart. Their stuff is always great and I constantly shop there for anime stuff that you can't get anywhere else. Customer service actually answers emails, which is more than I can say for a lot of other companies.

I ordered a few “Snack attack lucky bags.” This line is taken from their description on their website: “From savory to sweet, there’s something for every craving—chocolates, fun candy, crunchy senbei, chips, cookies, and more!” Each bag we received had three packages of KitKats (10 pieces in each), one Red Bull, one “apple pie” (two or three bites), a few individual pieces marked “chocolate,” and a few completely unmarked and individually wrapped purple senbei. There were no chips, no cookies, and I’m not sure what the “and more” part was supposed to be because we didn’t get more. It was mostly chocolate and sweets. If I wanted the Kit Kat lucky bag, I would have ordered that one. The Kit Kats would also have been better received if they didn’t expire this month- items were shipped on 9/11/25 and they are all marked with a 10/25 expiration date. Super disappointed.
Each bag was identical- there was no variation whatsoever. We ordered six bags. Their description does warn “Ordering multiple units at once may result in duplicates…” but they should just say they will probably be identical.
We were expecting more variation within each bag as advertised on their website.

My friend said she had never received a better present in her life. The absolute pure joy i saw on her face was obvious she was telling the truth. She kept pulling out so many treats and her boyfriend in the background said DAMN I WISH I FOUND THIS FOR YOU SHE SHOWED ME UP BIG TIME! best gift ever so so happy and such quick response time on their customer service side too.. overly impressed would 100% shop here again, and plan to!

Took my money, never sent anything. Seems like either a scam, or something wierd. They respond, but dont do anything.

I placed an order on July 19th, it was supposed to ship on July 24 and has seen zero movement since then. The label created with USPS was the last I heard of this shipment, customer service is telling me the same copy and paste answer and now entering a second week of no movement. I paid almost $20 for shipping to no avail. Their products are so pricey, shipping is pricey so what exactly is the hold up? I don't think this will be delivered. I searched the company on Reddit to find complaints from people who have waited months to receive their shipments, so now I have lost confidence.

My daughter loves her Squid Game box set! Everything inside was package carefully and securely.
I reached out once to the company about tracking issues and they were so nice and explained how oversea delivery works. I received the package in 3 weeks, which is normal time. I will be ordering more in the near future!!

Found convenience store items that I could not find anywhere else! Arrived quickly considering the distance, and loved the mystery crate also, nice mix of sweet/savoury, and more items in there than I was expecting to see which was a lovely surprise. Will order again.

Could not recommend more! The variety of their selection makes it easy to pick out stuff anyone would like. Ive had so much fun trying out so many different things. Customer service relies so quickly and my previous orders have arrived on time and in perfect condition (that includes fragile snacks and both glass bottles or metal cans). Will definitely shop here again

Ne commander jamais sur ce site si vous ne voulez pas dépenser plus en livraison que sur le produit lui même, j'ai commandé une box a 39.99€ avec la livraison simple qui m'a couté 20€, le colis est resté bloqué presque 1 semaine a la douane et a la livraison le livreur me réclame 33€ de frais de douane donc on en vint a 53€ de frais de livraison en tout pour une box a 39.99€ quel intérêt de faire payer aussi cher une livraison si c'est pour payer plus cher de douane ?!!!!!

I got a sanrio surprise bag and it was straight up junk and a squishmallow. like dollar store quality random garbage for $50.

I love getting lucky bags every year. Loved what I got this year but I wish the ghibli one came with more figures and displayable things and less stationary and kitchenware and rags. All the others were excellent though.
