I was excited to get some different candies from Japan. This soon turned into a huge headache. Very poorly ran business. Took nearly a month for them to even fulfill my order. Numerous messages sent to their customer service chat with little help and very generic responses. When I got my order items were missing and then had to message them multiple more times to get refunded. All in all, over 6 weeks to get a simple order. Shipping was amazing and only took 3-4 days with DHL. I would not recommend giving them your business

Sugoi Mart use to be a great experience. Since they are expanding and moving warehouses shipping does take time. I ordered on October 15 and received the order November 3rd. My order was rather big ,so I completely understand it could be a while for it to be fulfilled I bought several lucky bags that were ranging from $50-$75. The lucky bag that was $75 felt more like a $25 bag and felt like I was ripped off . Could be bad inflation in Japan too, but I remember there use to be a lot of stuff in the bags, now it's like 5 items, I guess just gotta take it with a grain of salt and be grateful. I might just stay away from lucky bags all together. Although if lucky bags aren't your thing they do have a vas variety which is why I still like sugoi mart I'm a sucker for the Pokemon rement figure sets and they always let you know when new ones come out, a long with other items I'm also a sucker for bath bombs and have a wide variety but only downside of sugoi mart is you have to spend crazy amount of money just to get free shipping

Sugio Mart is usually a great experience. However, at the moment they are moving their warehouse which makes delivery times A LOT LONGER! I placed an order over three weeks ago and it has yet not even left the warehouse. Hopefully they will soon get back to their usual great sevice, but until then I would not place any new orders.

Do NOT order any chocolates or food items if you are an international customer. They will arrive melted and customer service will tell you to just understand. Very disappointing, and definitely will not be ordering from them again.

I placed an online order for the Japan Kit Kats bag on sale for $30 on Oct. 24, 2023. My credit card was charged immediately but I have not yet received any confirmation email from Sugoi Mart, and today is Oct. 27, 2023. I sent a request to confirm my order via the Sugoi Mart website today with no response yet. I will wait 48 hours for an email confirmation. If none, I will cancel my order immediately

Disappointed that they don’t ship to the UK! Why not?

Had de Sakura lucky bag besteld op 6 juni, vandaag ontvangen. Niet waard voor het geld wat je ervoor betaald, producten zijn misschien 20 euro aan waarde..heb er 75 euro incl verzendkosten betaald en daarbij ook nog eens 20 euro inklaringskosten. Beter naar Miniso...stukken goedkoper. 1x nooit meer :(

Well they actually sell this from Japan and the prices are extremely expensive. Since I'm in the US it was a mistake to order from here. They don't tell you if some certain things you order will actually show up or not. It doesn't even give a warning or anything if any of the stuff you ordered will be able to even get to you. They probably didn't do research but how would I tell that Doritos have meat in it? So I lost 10 dollars because they didn't tell me that the taco flavored Doritos would get destroyed by the US customs. They probably are it. Don't even order if you want the stuff that you ordered to actually come when you're in America. Unless you know that the customs won't destroy it.
Edit for Sugoi Mart: I don't think it's a big problem anymore because of how long ago it happened. But something you could do is make sure if someone orders from a different country that the country doesn't destroy certain items because of the ingredients. I was stupid and didn't know that the chips had meat in it. But the U.S. customs should not have destroyed a bag of chips just because it has that ingredient. People can eat chemicals from the stuff they buy at the store in America but they decided to destroy my snack just because it had some ingredient that wasn't even bad. I think the blame should actually go to them now that I think of it more than to you. But at first I was just mad because the taco Doritos were the thing I most wanted from that order.

Sur le papier le site semble bon, mais après la commande payée, à laquelle on ajoute 30$ de frais de livraison et la TVA (soit un panier initial d'une quarantaine de dollars qui reviens au final à plus de 100 dollars) on se rend compte que le colis n'arrive pas. DHL nous indique donc que le colis est renvoyé à l'expéditeur et aucune nouvelle du commerçant.
Après échange avec le support, qui ne fait aucun effort pour parler français ou ponctuer ses échanges, on m'indique que l'importation de nourriture du Japon vers la France est dorénavant interdit. Egalement, je perds donc la TVA payée au transporteur et Sugoi me dédommage avec une carte cadeau, qui m'est inutile car on ne peut plus rien importer :)
Je demande alors un remboursement intégral ou un autre article, d'une valeur plus élevée pour excuser le temps et l'argent perdu et là plus aucune nouvelle.
J'ai dû faire un litige Paypal pour que l'entreprise me relance et me fasse culpabiliser d'en être arrivé là.
Bref, ce genre d'entreprise est à fuir.

I was on cloud nine when taking a look at what I received from your Sakura Lucky Bag. All the items were pink pastel. I have to say that they are so adorable and useful. I think i was lucky since I had a giant Shiba marshmallow plushie. Wow, she was huge and so kawaii. I slept with her everyday, haha. I received up to 10 items: Shiba plush, Sakura tea, chopsticks, green tea, cookies, My Melody towel, Sakura bath powder and Sakura pasta. I was impressed by the Sakura pasta. Its shape looked so cute and I cooked it with cheese. Super yummy and nutritious. Green Tea and cookies tasted very good. I drank tea and ate cookies together. I want to have these snacks everyday because they are too delicious. Your Sakura Lucky Bag didn’t disappoint me and made me feel happy. Thank you so much.

I can't think of a more generous store where Cuteness and taste are Integrated. You honestly won't find a store that willing to send you a switch, a game or a plushie. We highly recommend this store for it's willingness to put smiles on everyone. Happy shopping!

It would take all day to list all the amazing things about Sugoimart so I’ll size it down alittle. Every experience with them is always fun even just looking at what they offer is exciting! One of the best things and my favorite part is that you can get a huge selection of items from Japan that aren’t available where I live. Also they have more then just food items they also have anime items that are to cutee!!

I love the snacks I got and I say it’s fair Price for it coming all the way from Japan 🇯🇵 my experience was great 👍🏾 I hope to order again
