I was really enjoying the super greens I was getting from Live it Up. I was a subscriber and I ended up with two bags that fell under a recall. Live it Up Never refunded me for the two bags. I reached out about the refund and every time, they informed me that they were working on it. It's been months and I have not received my refund or a single word about a possible refund. The product isn't cheap. Throwing out two bags was expensive. All I want is my refund or a replacement product. Although with how terrible the customer service is, I don't really want any more products from this company.

I responded immediately with the requested information as I definitely had one of the affected bags. was told they would review and send a refund. I have since reached out to them a few times asking when I could expect my refund and was told repeatedly they were "working" on it. It's now April and I still have not received my refund.
live it up is an absolute scam company
i had 6 bags of live it up which were covered for a refund under the terms of the recall.
live it up has done NOTHING to address this. i have filled out countless online forms with them, given order and product numbers, etc.

Outright deception and lies from this company
Outright deception and lies from them regarding their salmonella outbreak recall. I was a subscription customer. I had 7 bags that were potentially contaminated. Following their instructions faithfully, I submitted a form for each bag, submitted a photo for each bag and submitted a photo of all 7 bags. They came back offering me one free replacement bag. I sent them the original email where they promised a refund . They responded that they would give me a refund for just one but not the other 6 because they could not verify the other 6 bags. But they did not and would not tell me what information was invalid or missing on those 6 bags. They then said I could resubmit the info on those 6 bags and proceeded to send me a faulty link that didn't work which said the window for refunds and replacements was closed. When I responded with the link doesn't work, they reverted back to saying I could get one replacement bag for free. And all their responses are AI. Do not trust this company.
No accountability, no response
They sent me my first order and a week later sent an email explaining to me that the product has salmonella.
Three months later they have yet to reply to numerous emails, they have no contact number, no refund or any accountability. Terrible experience.
Ten weeks and no refund and no communication
Had three bags of potentially contaminated product which they instructed me to throw away and submit a refund request. I did. TEN WEEKS ago. I received one canned response whining about how it takes time and nothing else. This company literally stole $130 from me and has zero urgency in rectifying. I don’t care how many people they almost poisoned, ten weeks and no communication deserves a class action lawsuit and for the company to fold.

I had products as part of the recall. Customer service is non-existent. All they tell you is that they are reviewing. It’s been 3 months and still no refund. No future business for this company and you should avoid, too.

Horrible customer service! I had purchased a 60-day supply of Super Greens and received an email regarding their Salmonella outbreak, which included my batch. This was in January. It is now March 23rd and I still have not received a refund for my order despite three attempts to have my refund completed. I consistently get the same pathetic excuses. They claim their company is a small group and they are overwhelmed by inquires for the recall and the process takes time. All they are trying to do is stall people from getting their money back so people don't unsubscribed and their business goes under. Go to AG1, Huel, etc. way better service and you won't get terrible excuses and awful customer service. I never leave reviews for things because I consider myself a reasonable person and understand mistakes happen. Nothing excuses their lack of action and this company deserves to fold. ABSOLUTELY, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. You won't get it back.
They do not honor their refund policy
Purchased the Live it Up Super Greens only to be notified that it has been recalled due to Salmonella. On 2/3/26, I received the notification indicating that I would be refunded. To this date, I still have not received anything. When I contact the Customer Service, I receive a generic email stating that they are extremely busy and will respond when available. The first email I sent over a month ago still has not received a response. Do not trust this company.

Purchased LiveItUp Electrolyte Powder the end of Dec 2025. Tried a couple of times and I did not like the flavor. Too salty. Even tried adding extra water but still did not like flavor. Emailed company about the 30-day Money-back Guarantee, asking them to cancel the subscription. Received an immediate reply asking for more info and telling me how to cancel the subscription myself. Two days later I emailed them again asking about the status of my refund. in their reply, they said, "Because your order has already been processed and delivered, I’m escalating your request to a teammate who will review the details and follow up with you directly." In other words, nothing had been done about their 30 day guarantee to refund my money. I waited 5 days to give them time to go through with their process and emailed again after 5 days. No response for 12 days. In the meantime I filed a dispute with my credit card. LiveItUp wanted me to drop the dispute before they issued a refund. But if I dropped the dispute before receiving the refund, then I cannot dispute it again. So I finally received the refund through my credit card company's dispute resolution since LiveItUp dropped the ball on this one. If you are going to offer a guarantee then you should honor it.

I received a recall notice for a recent order of the greens about 2 months ago. I asked for a new shipment and then was informed that it was going to take months before that product was going to be available again. I then asked for a refund and have sent several emails and every time I get the same response as before, telling me they're still working on it. I do not feel confident that they're actually going to send up refunds and this is ridiculous! I told them in my last response that they need to fix this ASAP or I would be writing a negative review and got the same canned response.

No Recall Refund Received!
Like many other who have written here, my Live it Up Super Green, Net WT 8.5 oz (240g) UPC 8600-13190804 purchased on 1/1/26 was recalled by the seller on 1/15/26 in coordination with the FDA and CDC indicating potential Salmonella* contamination. I submitted the required Customer Recall Form on 1/16/26 and indicated I did not want a replacement or seller credit for future purchase. I requested a refund. Never received one. Contacted PayPal's Resolution Center & filed a dispute, providing all documentation including photos of the product. Just learned today that "We have reviewed this transaction(s) and are denying your case(s). This decision was made because if an item is materially similar to the seller's description, we do not consider it to be significantly not as described." Just got off phone with PayPal and was told their policy is they can't refund food products even if they are contaminated. How illogical is that? Will never purchase Live it Up products or any products from their distributor Superfoods! Their failure to properly oversee production that may result in dangereous health consequences and then not refund the buyer is unethical & unacceptable!

Recieved my super greens bag. A week late a email saying my batch had salmonella. I filled out there firm and requested s refund 2 months later still getting a run around from support.
They recalled the product in January
They recalled the product in January. I filled out the recall information to get a credit. They sent me an email saying they received it and would credit me. No credit. Sent 2 more emails asking where the credit is. No answer. Really poor customer service. Don’t buy their products.
