SCAM
I bought the ticket and when I arrived in the airport to flight the company said that they canceled my booking without reason and the company don’t even send me a email to inform. After that i tried to contact several times and I couldnt have an answer.
I would give zero stars if I could.
Terrible company! Do not book flights with them!
Confirmed my flights and booking., only to cancel it almost a week later, resulting in me having to pay significantly more for new flights and me being now unable to get the same flights as my friends. This has also affected connecting flights that I booked, believing my booking was actually confirmed.
The customer service team are like androids, offering very little help- they told me several times to ‘rest assured’ that my flights were still available and the issue would be resolved. Not the case and this has ruined a once in a lifetime trip for me.
Flights confirmation emails sent but only to be told at a later date that it was not actually confirmed.
It is not worth the slight saving on price. I had multiple issues with the flights I booked from hours waiting on hold to speak to someone, to extremely unhelpful staff when you do get through. I booked my flights with baggage and it took them months to confirm that actually it was impossible for them to book the luggage despite me chasing to have it confirmed and I needed to book direct with the airline. In telling me this they didn’t refund the luggage fee I paid, instead I had to chase them to do this. My airline changed the schedule a few times and the second time the only reason I knew about it was that the airline emailed me to let me know my return flight had changed (they had my details following the baggage situ). When I contacted them to ask what alternatives there were as the schedule change made me miss a connection, they ignored me and I wasted hours of my life on hold. Eventually I got through to someone who found an alternative flight which worked and said they would have to wait for the airline to confirm it. I chased repeatedly and was told they were still waiting but it didn’t appear that they chased at all. I had to leave on my trip without any confirmation that my return flight was fixed - I have never had confirmation from them at all. I raised a formal complaint on the 11th November and only today received a reply that said they’ve been very busy and asking if I still need help. This company caused me so much unnecessary stress - I will never book with them again.
I booked Seats on my flight for my wife and son and me, but when I got to the airport the seats had been taken. I am still waiting on my refund,

It's almost impossible to see what baggage allowance I have without having to call your customer service. This should be shown as standard on the flight details.

Horrible experience. I bought a flight for the next day and they didn't confirm with the airline. My ticket got canceled and I missed on work.
The customer service was very bad, 1h wait, they didn't even bother finding me a solution. The agent was absolutely not concerned. I'm waiting on the refund which should take 7 to days !!!!!!!!

Absolutely horrible company! They will keep you on hold for hours and never answer the phone. No matter how much you call. Do NOT use them!
I have processed my booking paid for seats and when I logged on my seats have failed.
I called to discuss this and spent 45 minutes on the phone sorting it all out. They tried to charge me extra money even though the error was on them. I was promised this would be sorted in 24 hours and would received email confirmation. I did not receive anything.
Called again a week later had to spend an hour and an half on hold and the guy I spoke to said on my account was no history of the last conversation meaning nothing had been amended.
I am still waiting for my seats to be confirmed. I’ve emailed twice and I’ve received no confirmation or response. This is making me very uneasy and worried about my ticket.
I need a full refund I got there they tokd me there was no tickets issued I was on hold for 50 min still didn't get a agent. I now had the book a different airline
