Student Cribs Anmeldelser

Student cribs is terrible for any sort of organisation they do not care about you never fix anything when reported unless you ask more than 3 times. I have made multiple enquires about mutiple things that have been broken since last July when I moved in and they are still delaying the maintainence date. Have had a broken boiler for days and they won’t send somebody out. This has happened on multiple occasions. Would not recommend.

Dale had been an absolute gem with us always top tier customer and he’s very creative with the repairs as the house is an absolute wreck the doors of the washroom the rivets and door runners because none of it would fit! A perfect person for the job!

Mike H and John have been super helpful in sorting out any issues that we have reported. They have come to sort them out very quickly and are always happy to have to a nice chat when they come by.

Just want to comment how lovely Steve Pritchard is - always super helpful and very kind and respectful and doing a fab job, thank you!

Steve is always very helpful, incredibly kind and can get anything done in a whiff! :D

Highly recommend student cribs to anyone looking for a uni house. Mike and John are both excellent and have never failed to sort out any maintenance issues we've had. 10/10 they are both rays of sunshine!

Mike Cousins came round and polished our door. He was super friendly and we had such a lovely chat with him. The service was amazing thank you !!

Mike Cousins came to fix our door. He was super friendly and didn’t cause any disturbances and was super nice.

Couldn’t recommend them enough, they fix issues straight away and are so helpful to students. Mike H and John are great and make us feel very comfortable and safe. We have had bad experiences with student landlords in the past and they have restored our confidence in them. Couldn’t thankyou both enough!!! From Woodcroft Road

Paul was really excellent and solved our problem quickly.

I wanted to thank Mike.H and John for working really hard to keep our house functioning and consistently putting in extra effort in the work they do. In trickier, we had an issue with our shower overflowing and water started leaking through the roof, and Mike.H and John immediately came over to sort the issue, identifying what was wrong and even giving our shower an extra clean in the process which was fabulous.

Paul and Tony did a fantastic job fixing our bathroom

Do not choose student cribs if you value your privacy!

Maintenance and external contractors will just let themselves in and set up in your kitchen while you are asleep. This has happened on several occasions now, me and my flatmates have complained several times with nothing being done about it. Who doesn't love waking up to 5 random men in your kitchen?

They will also happily let the walls grow mould and rot but you may come home to scaffolding put up with no notice!

We didn't let the maintenance men in because no works were scheduled and they were aggressively banging on the door. So of course my flat mates who were in did not feel safe answering. These contractors then decided to just break in through our alleyway entrance instead!

I wouldn't recommend student cribs to anyone, for the prices they charge it is certainly not worth it.

The communication with customer service is abysmal and they will do absolutely nothing to help you.
