Mike H is unbelievably professional, helpful and kind. He is always so quick to help us no matter what we need, when we moved in there was a few issues but since Mike has been around he has solved them all and more with a big smile on his face could not recommend him more :)

Really happy with the maintenance service from Student Cribs in Salford. We put a request in at around 10pm last night and Mike H came out at 9am this morning, which was honestly really quick.
He checked our boiler, fixed our door handle and sorted out our bathroom door. Mike was really nice and friendly and explained everything to us, so we knew what was going on. He’s also getting a boiler man out to have a proper look at the boiler.
Really appreciate how quickly he came out and how helpful he was with everything. Thanks Mike!

It’s very clean and simple

Dave and Harry are really thorough maintenance workers and are quick to see to any issues in the flats. They are also really nice to speak to and make you feel comfortable when they are around and in your home.

David and Harry are so useful with queries and solve issues quick when asked. They are always a good laugh and are always happy to hold a conversation with you about your day.

I had a really positive experience with Mike Porter when he came to my student accommodation to carry out a fire alarm check. He was friendly, professional and took the time to listen to the issues we were having around the property.

Mike went above and beyond during his visit. He fixed the blinds, noticed that the door lock was unsafe and fitted a new, much more secure one. He also reported other problems we had and made sure they were addressed. On top of that, he fixed the boiler and repaired my window lock.

I really appreciate how thorough and helpful Mike was. He didn’t just complete the fire alarm check and leave — he took the time to make sure the accommodation was safer and that our issues were properly dealt with. His work and attitude were both excellent, and I would definitely recommend him. He is a credit to student cribs.

Mr Steve Pritchard did a great and efficient job in helping me repair the light and bathroom facilities!

I cannot warn any parent strongly enough to avoid this company at all costs. Where to start on the nightmare they caused the students in this particular house share. They are not responsive to issues, left the students with no boiler for over 2 weeks when it was the middle of winter. Constant 'secret' checks in the house going through students belongings, bathroom out of use for weeks on end! Appalling treatment and brutal responses.

The services is top notch and I will definitely recommend to my friends

I would give 0 stars if I could. Houses are poorly maintained, to the point where my ceiling collapsed, ruining many of my belongings and leaving me without a bedroom for a month. Maintenance men are constantly letting themselves into the house, while I appreciate that this isn’t their fault as they are just doing their job, it feels very intrusive and sometimes scary to wake up and find a random man in your house. Do not rent a student house with this company if you value your safety and privacy.

Student Cribs has amazing handlers and nice people. They get stuff done quick and thoroughly.

Mike came again and fixed everything for us, so friendly and fixed all of our concerns even things we havnt had a chance to report yet.

Very good experience with student housing, they kept us informed via email of the maintenance taking place at our crib before our arrival and helped make the process easy for students.

Student cribbs have great properties for very reasonable prices, which are handed over to you efficiently and in great cleanliness! The support is also great

Overall great, we love our house and it was always easy to book viewings and lived that we could view multiple times even after we were signed on as tenants, we also loved that we could easily get the house held for us on the same day as viewing (we lived it straight away) the people that showed us around were absolutely lovely every time. The only issue we had was the key collection was a little bit complicated but it was sorted as soon as possible
