As a first-time user of Streamily, I had high hopes for my experience with the platform, but unfortunately, it fell short of my expectations. I encountered some challenges while trying to purchase a Chikn.nuggit print and have it signed on stream, which left me feeling disappointed with the overall process.
Firstly, I mistakenly selected the option to have my print signed off-camera instead of signed on stream. When I reached out to request a refund and re-submit my order, the response from Streamily's customer service was delayed, and it took nearly a week for them to address my concern.
This prolonged silence was frustrating, and when they finally responded, their explanation about technical limitations left me feeling unconvinced.
Furthermore, I was informed that the print I had ordered might not be signed live by the creator on stream, and I would need to pay an additional $12.00 to ensure that it gets signed. This unexpected request for extra payment seemed excessive and left me feeling dissatisfied.
Upon reading other reviews of Streamily, it appears that my experience is not unique, and there are common complaints about the platform's pricing and customer service. Many users have expressed frustration at the high cost of signed prints and mentioned encounters with rude customer service representatives.
As an enthusiast in the field of animation and content creation, I initially saw Streamily as a promising platform for engaging with fans and enjoying interactive experiences. However, the negative reputation and customer service issues have caused me to reconsider my opinion of the platform.
In my opinion, Streamily needs to address these concerns to maintain a positive image and retain its user base. Improved communication and transparency around the signing process, as well as fair and transparent pricing, would greatly enhance the user experience and help rebuild trust in the platform.
I hope that by sharing my feedback, Streamily can make the necessary improvements and provide a more positive experience for its users in the future.
TL;DR: My first experience with Streamily was disappointing. There were issues with purchasing a signed print and getting it signed on stream. Customer service was slow to respond, and I was asked to pay extra for the live signing. I found similar complaints in other reviews. Despite initially seeing Streamily as a great platform for fan engagement, these issues have made me reconsider. Streamily needs to improve its communication, transparency, and pricing to maintain a positive image and retain its user base.

I placed an order for Steven Ogg's autograph as a birthday gift to myself for May. Later, I found out that he never signed the print with his actual signature, and it was shipped back to him. Since then, I have been in limbo regarding its whereabouts, and according to Streamily, I am not entitled to any specific details despite having paid for the print. It's not like I was asking for his address. I simply wanted to know whether the print was shipped directly to him with instructions or was just shoved in a P.O. box. Since then, most of the emails have been copy-paste AI messages that all say that I have to have patience and that it will ship as soon as it arrives. It's already 2 months past my birthday and I spent $85. At this point, I'm looking to get a refund and am currently trying to do so.

Ordered a print for my brother and.....First I ordered a print in March and didn't get here until July. I wasn't in a rush so that's fine except you get an email every week trying to use scare tactics about the print not being signed live every week to try and get you to upgrade your original purchase for more money. Second, the artist, Brianna White, did finally sign it on stream but she was towards the end of her stream and said she was going to do a "speed round" on how many she could sign in 5 minutes or so. The print I ordered was signed in about 5 seconds. This was not what I expected at all for paying almost $70. Felt very impersonal and like my order was a chore that she was hurrying through. Price is about 4 times what it should be for what I received. Would not recommend.

Thank you to streamily for replying. My order did arrive. I do think streamily needs to improve its communication and customer service. But, I am very happy to add this signature to my collection. Streamily is legit. They just need to be a little more transparent about timelines and updates. I’m leaving the old review up because I do think it’s a relevant part of the customer experience but I did change the review to four stars due to my item actually arriving. It’s not a scam. And the signature came out very nice. I did keep it not a 5 stars because of the communication issues but I do think streamily is worth supporting as a business.

I feel like I’ve been scammed. The Rebecca Sugar signing was two months ago and there have been zero updates. Customer service has no information and just keep sending me the same copy pasted responses. There’s no ETA. Reminds me of a lot of small funko businesses that have scammed people over the past few years. They just waited customers out until it was too late to do chargebacks and kept all the money without sending out the orders. I hope that isn’t the case here but not a single update in 2 months is bad business. If this is how it works and signatures can take a long time they need to provide an ETA for off camera signings. Or else no one gets held accountable. I’m okay with waiting for my item to arrive. I just want to know what’s happening with my order. Transparency is everything.

Cancellation process for their subscription hides the actual cancellation confirmation behind a discounted rate button where you pay 6 months in advance. I misclicked and was charged without any kind of secondary confirmation.
I was fine with keeping the 6 months but still wanted to cancel after any paid service was complete I went back through the cancellation process and instead my subscription was cancelled immediately.
Attempted to contact support to either seek a refund or reinstate my subscription for any paid period and was met with "can't do anything".
I also ordered some prints together in the same payment and only had one show up on my account for tracking. I had to reach out to find out why the second order wasn't there to be told "They're were separate orders but I'll put this one on your account." Their systems don't seem entirely reliable.
Unfortunately they are the only company that offers this sort of service otherwise I would have utilised someone else.

I purchased a print for my daughter and paid the extra fee for her print to be signed during the livestream. The signing was supposed to happen on Twitch at 10 am PST. She was all set up and ready but there was nothing on Twitch when it was supposed to happen. We searched other sites (YouTube, TixTok, Instagram) and there was nothing. I kept searching thinking there would be release of the recorded stream. Well, I finally found a note on Sam Haft's Twitter about the signing being pushed back to 11am PST and going live on TikTok not Twitch. I contacted Streamily about this issue ad asked that they reach out to see if there's a recorded show. At least my daughter could still watch. Essentially, they said they have no control. There was no acknowledgment of this whole process gone wrong being a problem. If they are charging extra for a certain service, they should fulfill that service or "make it right". I emailed them about this and have received no further feedback. This was a horrible experience and I would NOT recommend this company.

Ik ben erg tevreden over de handtekening die ik heb besteld. Er waren extra douanekosten bij, dat is wel jammer. Ook merkte ik op dat ik per ongeluk een abonnement had genomen.
Voor de rest ben ik erg tevreden, de online signeersessie was geweldig en de poster is prachtig.

In May 2023 I placed an order with Streamily. To this day I have not received anything and paid over 80 dollars for nothing.
In July 2023, Streamily informed me that the order was on its way and gave me a tracking number. Several weeks later, in October 2023, I received the information that the package could not be delivered and would be returned to the sender. This I acknowledge was not Streamily’s fault. I reached out to their customer support, inquiring what the process would be to have the order resent or replaced. Of course I would have paid any additional delivery fees. The message I received in response was:
„Hi there,
Thank you for reaching out. We deal with returned orders on a daily basis. Once an order is marked as returned to sender, nothing can be done from our end until it is received back to our warehouse. Once we receive it, we will reach out to you to confirm that shipping address and process again for you.“
About three months later (January 2024)I still had not received any updates so I reached out again and asked if the package had arrived by then. The response was as follows:
„Hi there,
Thank you for reaching out. The only information we have is the same information that you have through the tracking details. We do not have any additional information that we are able to provide.
We cannot do anything further until this order is received back to our warehouse. At this point in time, we have still not received it.“
Okay, fair enough. International deliveries can sometimes take a while. However, another three months later, there was still no update or information about what had happened with the order. So I reached out to Streamily again and got the exact same copy-pasted answer as above:
„We cannot do anything further until this order is received back to our warehouse. At this point in time, we have still not received it.“
I asked what the procedure was in case a package was lost in transit (for all I knew, my order might have fallen into the sea and is lost for good). My question was ignored. I requested the case to be escalated to a supervisor or someone with the authority to actually help me and find a solution. I was once again ignored. It has now been almost 10 months since the order was returned to the sender and over 12 months since I placed the order itself and Streamily has done nothing at all to resend it, replace it or find any kind of solution. I strongly suspect, they are playing the long game and are waiting for me to stop asking and accept the fact that I have lost my money.
A few days ago I sent one last e-mail demanding a full refund due to the company’s inability to fulfill the sales contract and their Refund Policy stating that: „Full Refunds are issued if after 60 days after domestic shipment (90 days after international shipment) merchandise is deemed lost or stolen and is unable to be replaced.“
It has now been way longer than 90 days since shipment and return and no effort has been made by Streamily to do anything at all to replace the order or resend it. I fully expect them to once again ignore my message and I will take more serious measures in that case.
I have been very, very patient so far but enough is simply enough. This company is a sham and their behavior absolutely despicable.
Edit from 27 June 2024: As requested in the comment below, I sent yet another e-mail to Streamily on Friday, 21 June 2024. Unsurprisingly, I have not yet received any reaction at all, just like with my previous attempts to get this resolved. This clearly shows that the company does not care at all about its customers and I can only recommend that people stay away from them.
Edit 2 from 9 July 2024: I finally received my refund due to the shipping company declaring the package lost at long last, which was finally reason enough for Streamily to acknowledge that a refund is warranted.
But it is really unbelievable how much time and effort I had to waste on this matter.

Will never use this service again. To start, their communication is abysmal. They didn't post a time/location for one of their signings. I emailed them about it and a week later they still hadn't responded so I sent another email. They then finally sent me an email saying not to send multiple emails to them. What. The. Heck. They didn't even answer the original question! Their lack of communication is infuriating and will prevent me from ever recommending this service to anyone in the future.

I still have not received my order. I placed it on April 20, 2024, and it has yet to arrive. It is not worth the inflated price if the talent and delivery agencies are going to take this long to satisfy an order.
